"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here, lovely clean hotel with great transport links. One minor complaint, when I stayed here in 2023, guests were able purchase and consume food in the bar/reception area. On this occasion we were told this was not allowed and we had to take the food to our room. Disappointing, given there were very few people staying and the restaurant didn't seem to be open. "

"This place is such a gem! The location is great. It’s an easy and quick walk to Gamla Stan. The rooms are very cozy; I loved listening to the rain on the water. We shared a shower/bathroom with others on our floor and it was clean, no issues there. Breakfast is worth the price and the dinner options are yummy. We also had a great time talking to the front desk staff each night. They were very sociable!"

At first I was a bit unsure how my experience would be due to no staff and was worried it would be difficult (especially since we were arriving very late in the night). "All staff members - from front desk to housekeeping - were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was spotless & in good repair. The only negatives were that 1) the rooms do not have mini-fridges; 2) compared to the US, they are extremely small; and 3) the hotel does not provide wash cloths. Also, the room did not have any type of a dedicated 'lounge' chair. There was a wooden chair at the work counter, but the only seating in the room was either that chair or the bed. I found myself going to the lobby to sit in regular chairs (while reading my book). "

Comfortable stay near the station.

"1 min walk from Stockholm Central bus terminal. Although the room I stayed was compact and had no window, it was clean and comfortable for just staying a night. Amenities such as shampoo/body soap and hand soap were available at room. You can get boiled water if you ask at reception."
