"The hotel is beautiful. Checked in at 5:30pm and front desk in a rude manner told me to pick up my key at the restaurant… The following morning, we sat down for breakfast in the main dining room. One of the waitresses came up to us and asked that we sit in a completely different part of the restaurant by ourselves…Talk about discrimination. There were no signs indicating the restaurant was closed to some hotel guests. We could not believe that such beautiful country discriminates against those...

"They changed me extra 40€ each room for cleaning fee It is not write at your description I paid 80€ extra without knowing - its awfull and vexatious I'm not recommend this place. "

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"Wir haben als Familie, mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden, wundervolle Tage am Ossiacher See verlebt. Das Haus ist, so wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf dem Balkon, der, so wie das Haus auch, sehr groß ist und mit Blick auf den See, verbracht. Das Grundstück, mit Zugang zum See, ist sehr gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir waren als Gruppe sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem. Rundum perfekt und gerne zu jeder Zeit wieder. Das Ein und Auschecken hat wunderbar geklappt und die Wohnung war genauso toll wie beschrieben. Im Großen und Ganzen einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist geeignet zu jeder Jahreszeit egal ob Winter oder Sommer. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr gut!"
