"Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."

"Although check in took a long time, the staff were very helpful and the location was great for the airport as long as you are happy to pay the extra EUR5 per person for the transfer bus which was very regular and on time. There is also a brilliant restaurant a few 100m from the hotel, but needs to be booked in advance, but the food is outstanding and very reasonable."

"Overall, nice place. Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife for a business conference. Hotel is in a nice part of town, nice restaurants nearby. Overall, Milan isn't exactly a tourist city like Rome, but the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There's free coffee and treats, which was nice when I had to head out to my work. Overall, great experience. One downside is maybe 3/5 of the electric outlets worked. And the ones that did work kinda sucked in that they charged my electronic devices...
