This is a bait and switch—NOTHING like the photos
The apartment is nothing like the photos in the ad. It is not even close. The check-in process was not easy and there was no prior communication. When we finally got into the apartment, the dryer was running, the washer was full (I will say the washer and dryer was nice) and there was a bag of soiled linens in our bathroom. The host told me to move it to the hall closet where it stayed through our stay. They had overstuffed the dryer so it ran for 4 hours without really drying anything. The bed in the master bedroom had a mattress too small for the frame so the just threw some pillows over the open frame. Towels were threadbare. Pillows and mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The claim of air conditioning was a small fan that did nothing and it was unusually hot during our stay. The “art” on the walls was coming out of frames, the bathroom was cramped and very small with no place to hang a towel, the handle to the master bedroom was falling off as was the one to the patio door, the TV had no connection just an HDMI cord, the balcony had card-table chairs and dirty ashtrays, the windows clearly are never cleaned and the landscaping in the complex is quite overgrown and full of weeds. Clearly no one cares about the place. I highly recommend finding another place in Oslo. I will say the location itself isn’t bad and the washer and dryer were nice. But it is not at all what is in the pictures. It is not nice. It is surface clean but not past that.
