"The Santorini Water park facilities were really clean and lovely, especially the spa area and small indoor/outdoor pool. Great for kids. The hotel has a mart, coffee shop and pizza pub on site. "My stay went well, very nice hotel. However there were a couple of areas that, in my opinion, are in need of improvement: The bed was very nice but the mattress seem to be temperature controlled. It got a little too warm and although it is the winter season, I still would like to be able to control that temperature myself. Lastly, there was quite a bit of hair particles on the bed spread and some of the towels. Nice hotel but just could use a little more “ attention to detail “ on cleanliness."
