It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 2 kids (they would share a room) Parking is very close, just up the steps above the house. The drive to the beaches is short. "We enjoyed being in Costa Paradiso. The website description is accurate. During July, it was very hot and we had to sleep with windows and doors closed because of mosquitoes. Which we had selected a house with A/C (our fault). There is also a sewer smell that comes from the drains each afternoon. It was bad. Be sure to put drain plugs in each morning. Hosts offered to move us but we had already booked something else."

"The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. "One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The yard is absolutely gorgeous and the house is either newly built or newly remodeled. Secluded with beautiful views of the Sardinian countryside but not far from central Olbia or Costa Smerelda. The highlight of this rental (other than the pool) was Ernesto, the host. "We loved the space. The views from the house were spectacular. Rinna, house manager was wonderful as well as her staff. I did share a couple of suggested improvements to Rinna. My final suggestion is to revise a “.2 mile walk to the beach”. It was on a winding road and quite steep- one needed a car and it is further than .2 mile. We all had fun. Thank you. The best part was actually dealing with Sergio that not only went above and beyond of his hosting duties but filling in as a top class concierge too. We had everything paid no ones fault on the matter and when we proposed to split the two days loss he refunded...
