"Staff is very polite, appears only a "couple" runs and operates the hotel; however, they must be overwhelmed with such a large facility. The headboard did fall off the wall in the middle of the night and strike my husband's head. We informed the hotel's management. We were never asked if he was injured or the possibility of compensation, but we were heading to my mom's funeral, so we just moved on.
