WORST PLACE WE EVER RENTED
The home is NOT ready to be rented. It should be illegal to rent this home out. The home has NO central air. The air unit in the living room is supposed to cool the master. But it DOESNT! There was exposed wiring. There was a balcony with no railing or anything. It was just a bottom and no sides. The whole deck was falling apart and not sturdy. The house smelled like something died in it. There was trash in the stairwell and a parking spot full of a trailer of trash. We are fortunate we didn’t have kids or we would have been screwed as it was a dangerous trap.
