Wonderful location both on land and water for a fun lake trip. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Large kitchen. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms! Lots of parking. Great dock enhances the lake experience! Located 17.5-18 mile marker in a cove with great views of main channel and community bridge.

Friend reunion trip
House was plenty big for our group of 12. Everyone said the beds were comfy & kitchen was a great place to hang out and see the water. The house was in a great location on the lake. We spent a lot of time on the dock and enjoyed it. Would recommend for an adult vacation! I would say the stairs to the dock would be a lot for kids or elderly.

Great Vacation Home on the Lake
This place was perfect for our group of 5 couples. The house was furnished with everything we needed and had great views. It was clean, everything worked as advertised, and was in a nice, quiet location.

We loved that we didn’t have to deal with adults in bunk beds ; ever room had its bathroom ; nice set up and great location. Boat dock was totally worth it as well!

Great Property! Plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms! A few more steps than what it really showed on VRBO pics - but that is to be expected at the lake! My only issue was getting in and out of the bed in the master! But I managed it! Thanks for your great communication before and during our stay!

80th Birthday weekend
Process went very smoothly and everyone enjoyed their stay. The instructions were extremely helpful and informative. It was really confident having a bathroom for every bedroom. The amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms were excellent even down to toothbrushes for the forgetful (we had one). The driveway was steep but everyone managed it well. There was only one downside and that was the lack of a railing on the steps down to the dock. The dock was very useful as we rented a pontoon boat for one day. location was excellent as we were under 10 minutes to shopping, golf, etc.

We were a group of friends that wanted to spend time together. We had a great time. This lake house was perfect for us. Everything was perfect in the house, very clean, very nice. The communication with the host was very good and very helpful and informative for us. Overall this is a great place to get together in the Lake of the Ozark, great location. We recommend this house very much for a vacation place.

Great home in a convenient location
This home was perfect for our large group. Each family had their own private space and bathroom. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed, and a large covered dock with the diving board was perfect for the kids to play on while swimming.

We had a great time at this place .It was exactly has pictured ,plenty room for 10 people.They everything we needed .We enjoyed the view of the lake.Mike respond quickly when we thought there was an issue.Mike was kind to check on us to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Great lake property!
We had a great time at this rental property! Mike and Susan's house is perfect for large groups or families (we had 10). The house is very clean, has plenty of seating, and each bedroom includes nice beds and dressers and their own bathrooms. We spent most of our time on the dock, which is good sized with a diving board and does have a table and chairs. The house is minutes from a walmart, gas station, and restaurants/bars. Mike and Susan are quick with responses and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend on the lake
If you are looking for the perfect lake vacation, this is it. This house sits perfectly on the lake, with easy access from the highway and to restaurants/activities. We enjoyed the spacious home with our children and it was exactly what we were looking for. From the beautiful sunrises over the lake to swimming off the dock, our vacation was nothing short of amazing! We had easy communication with the home owners, which made our stay that much better. The house was stocked with all the essentials making for a worry free vacation! We could not recommend this home more and plan to stay again in the future!

Everything and More!
My family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful weekend!! House is fantastic - clean, great bedrooms, private bathrooms off all the rooms, streaming options with the smart tvs in all the bedrooms, clean and cozy linens, great decor, spacious for 10 people, and an awesome kitchen. Feels like I am at home and not someone’s income property seconds. Deep water dock. Dock is excellent (2 boat slips and wave runner dock, steady smooth concrete with room to bathe, eat, dive and swim). Location is super convenient for resources. Parking is plentiful. Outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. We were on the water all day and truly enjoyed this locale, home, and owners. The owners stellar communicators…. Friendly, kind, and responsive. My messages and questions were returned quickly and with care. They have an amazing home in this price point. You get everything you need and so much more. Thank you Mike and Susan.
