The condo itself was very nice and fit well for our group. It was in a great location, with all types of activities and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean, and has great amenities. Adam the owner is very responsive to questions and very helpful. I will continue to rent this property for my yearly visit to Osage Beach.

Nice condo
This was a last minute quick family get away. The boys played golf near by. The girls just hung out. The condo had a great view. Nice furniture. Well decorated. Clean. Mattresses are on the firm side. The pool area is very nice. Would have loved to have had a hot tub on the property. Close to many good restaurants. Nice area of the lake to rent wave runners. Was quiet the week before the 4th. Would recommend.

Meets all expectations
The condo was lovely, roomy, clean and very up to date. We especially were happy to find a Kuerig coffee pot supplied.. We had a small problem with the TV remote but Adam and Greg [maintenance director] took care of it quickly. The gym was clean and up to date although it could use one or two more treadmills. We were very pleased with the property overall and its location.. We had heard very good things about the Lands End property, and they were all true.

As advertised, but required lots of work before departure.
This condo is in great shape and has all the amenities it lists. So far, so good. I'm hesitant to register a complaint, but, it's worth noting that staying here requires a lot of work upon leaving or, if one does not do the work, having to pay extra fees. We regularly do these short-term rentals and are used to having to bundle up towels, strip beds and load the dishwasher--and still pay hefty cleaning fees. But, this place requires lots more than that. You have to turn off the water heater, hand-wash any pots, take the garbage out to the dumpster in a different parking lot, turn off the ac, and so on. Given that there is considerable cleaning fee, one wonders why and how much work is left for the cleaners. Also, relying on previous guests to properly and safely wash pots and pans seems to pose some health risks. Nice place, but be prepared to do some chores.

Enjoyable Getaway
My husband and myself really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very nicely decorated with a lovely view of the water and beautiful sunsets. This unit had everything you would need. It is furnished with a grill, enough pots, pans and utensils. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again if coming to the Ozarks.

We had a great stay! The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. Everything was very nice and clean, the owner was great to work with through the entire process, plenty of towels etc with comfortable beds and pillows. This will definitely be our first choice for our future stays!
