This walk-in end unit has no stairs, making it easily accessible for everyone.

50th Anniversary Get Away
Fifty years ago in October, we spent our honeymoon at a private house in Tan-Tara Estates. We had a relaxing reminiscent trip at Beachy Lake House. The property is very clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained with a great view of the lake from the main living areas and the master bedroom. Dana was an excellent host with great, timely communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed as well as a large selection of coffee. The view of the lake on the balcony was very relaxing. The beds and linens were luxurious and it was nice to have ceiling fans in all the living areas. Our host reached out and provided all the info we needed in a timely manner.

It was so nice to find this gem with a water view, huge tv and well equipped kitchen! The quiet location helped us to relax! The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are nearby so you are not inconvenienced at all!

View is Glorious! Communication with Property Owner is Impeccable!
From the minute I contacted the property owner (Dana) she was consistently and immediately responsive to all of my questions (and I tend to ask a lot of questions)! Amazing Job, Dana! The accommodations were just as shown and described on the website. The view was breathtaking from the deck of the Condo which we spent most of our mornings relaxing during our stay. All instructions for accessing the Condo, the TV connections, turning on water/water heater were easy to follow. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen area supplied everything needed for the stay. Suggestions: Please supply more towels/washcloths for stay. Have a closet in the primary available for hanging clothes. Recommend leaving a printed version of your Condo Pamphlet. I used my printed version during our stay and it was useful. I would certainly recommend this Condo for those who want a relaxing and amazing trip to Sunrise Beach!
