"Hotel staff were pretty friendly overall. I took away one star because one of the staff lost their patience with me. I understand people have their bad days though. If you're in the hotel or service industry, keep your mood swings in check and do your best to be patient with your guests. Otherwise, everything was very good at this hotel. I do recommend it, especially since it is really the only hotel option closest to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Counsel."

"We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely.
