"We had a lovely holiday, the villa had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. Couple of places to have meals and kitchen was good. Interesting area, went to Cortona, Assisi and Arezzo. Also a concert in the village of Anghiari which was magical. Only slight negative, having to buy bottled water. Caroline"

"This property is beautiful inside and out. If I remember correctly, there’s 20-25 people currently living in Barbischio. It’s peaceful with fantastic views to the west over Gaiole. Gailoe is less than 10 minutes away with access to grocery, meat market, several restaurants and gelato! The location is perfect with access to the train in Montivarchi in 25-30 minutes. Radda, Volpaia, Greve,,Siena, San Gimignano…all close. We will stay here again. "

Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden. Und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer wieder malerisch. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich herausfordernd und beschwerlich; man braucht schon einigen Mut um sie zu bezwingen! Wir...

"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary....

"Family of 7 adults spent 1 week in beautiful secluded Tuscan farmhouse. Great location for visiting the region - Arezzo short drive. Florence Pisa approx. 1.5 hours. Beautiful hilltop villages, olive groves and vineyards. Quintessential Tuscany!"

"This beautiful Tuscan estate exceeded expectations for our wine and culinary vacation! The view is spectacular. Our host, Tommaso, was extremely friendly and a gracious host. We brought in a chef for a Tuscan cooking class and the kitchen was well appointed. Parking the car was easy. Very modern bathrooms. Two wonderful rooms for group gathering areas inside. Highly recommend this property!"

Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."
