"Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"Fijn groot huis om met een groot gezin in door te brengen. De 3 slaapkamers zijn beneden waardoor deze aangenaam waren om in te slapen met de warmte. De grote tuin was ideaal voor de kinderen om in te spelen met iedere avond het karakterestieke geluid van geiten met geitenbellen welke achterlangs liepen . In de buurt heel veel prachtige stranden. Kortom, ideaal huis voor verblijf in Pula!"

"Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. "We had a lovely stay in Villa Anita.The owners were very polite,friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our requests.The villa is spacious,clean,well equipped and there were also some children’s toys available.The garden is enormous with many different plants and trees and provides nice shade in the summer heat.The pool is amazing and our children loved swimming and playing there.On site there were two German shepherd dogs that were very friendly and playful and although we have been cat...
