House 'Côté Sud

'Côté Sud' - Village stone house overlooking the Mazes plain with a beautiful view of Pic Saint Loup. On different levels (180 m²) open onto the garden, large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room) giving access to two bedrooms separated by a shower room with wc and communicating on the semi-shaded terrace; upstairs, bedroom with shower room and wc, and solarium terrace.
Separated from the house by a hall open to the outside, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom + wc.

Two other bedrooms with double beds, shower room and wc are located below the house, on the same level as the garden with palm trees, Judas tree, cherry, ash, bamboo. A rock garden overlooking the infinity pool, all in curve, accessible by a gentle slope (ideal for young children), overlooks a vast meadow where children can play freely. Table tennis, deckchairs and parasols, barbecue, parking (3/4 cars), night petanque ground with fridge. Swimming pool with pleasant progressive access for children.

Séjour fantastique pendant 2 semaines : très belle piscine, beau jardin, et maison agréable et bien configurée. Peter, le propriétaire des lieux, est très avenant et serviable.

Belle maison de tradition dans un hameau un peu éloigné des commodités
la maison de pierres est belle, et son écrin dans un cadre de verdure est très agréable. Néanmoins elle a besoin d'être rafraîchie, car elle est très humide, surtout pour les chambres du bas, très désagréable surtout en cette saison. Plutôt bien équipée, mais des problèmes d'écoulement au niveau des douches du rdc, mais séjour plutôt sympa

Nice and quiet house. Perfect for our three-generation family
At arrival our immediate impression was that the house looked a little 'tired', but after an hour that impression disappeared. Everything worked well. Enough space for all of us (9 people). Nice view of the surroundings from the upper floor. The outdoor terrace became our favorite; we had all our meals there. The pool is big enough for swimming. Peter, the host, is very friendly, helpful and informative. He kept the pool very clean and tidy during our two-week stay.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS HOUSE AND POOL, LOVELY LOCATION
REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE. BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL LOCATION, EXCELLENT FACILITIES, LOVELY GARDEN AND POOL AND THE OWNER WAS AS HELPFUL AS HE COULD POSSIBLY BE. WE HAD A FANTASTIC WEEK THERE- FAMILY OF 11- WITH ENOUGH SPACE FOR EVERYBODY. WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER BOOKING AGAIN.

Superbe séjour en famille nombreuse
Propriétaire très accueillant et au service de ses locataires. La maison est spacieuse et a tout le confort nécessaire pour une grande famille de 12 adultes ( grands parents et leurs enfants) et 3 petits enfants. La terrasse est agréable et suffisamment grande pour recevoir tout le monde. La piscine a été bien conçue pour les petits enfants. La table de ping pong et le terrain de pétanque ont beaucoup plu à nos enfants et beaux enfants!! Nous avons vraiment été conquis par cette région du Gard avec ses superbes paysages, ses nombreuses promenades à pied et en vélo, ses beaux villages,... Bref que du bien!!!

Great experience
Very nice and welcoming house, very friendly and willing owner who helped us with anything we needed. The house was clean with enough room for our group of 11 people. Kitchen with nice stove, washing machine, equiped with everything we needed. Also BBQ was great and frequently used. Bedrooms with goog beds, enough space to put your clothes to. Terrace great for breakfast, dinner and night session and living room that could take us all on a rainy day. Bathrooms also fine and clean. The best part is the swimming pool and its surroundings with sun beds, or you can just lay on the grass. And you can really swim in the pool. :) Grocery in the village of Quissac (you need a car or bike), the house is on secluded place, which is great as it provides full privacy. Many interesting place around to see, beach in about one hour. Me and my party (18 to 70 years old) definitely recommend this place. Its not a "luxury villa" but its good, clean, cosy, well taken care of and really privat.

Très beau week end
Il y avait la pluie, mais ce n'était pas le sujet! Un accueil un vendredi soir où toutes les lumières sont allumées et surtout un doux feux dans la cheminée pour nous réchauffer et nous dire "bienvenue". La découverte des chambres en faisant des "hooo elles est grandes celle là" "et celle là, sa va être super pour la vue" ... effectivement le levé du jour nous a révélé tout les charmes de la propriété, très belles vues, terrasses pour chaque chambres, chacun d'entre nous a pus trouver un endroit pour ce retrouver comme à la maison. bref, une très beau week end et un jolie coin du gard!

Séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire à notre écoute.Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 petits enfants. Maison spacieuse. Compléter et améliorer les ustensiles de cuisine ( bateur genre moulinex par exemple. Piscine appréciée aussi bien par les petits que les grands ; même si nous avons été effarouchés au départ par les guêpes. Aucune piqure à déclarer !! Environnement calme et reposant. A sélectionner.

Vacances "nature"
La maison est spacieuse, nous étions 7 adultes, 6 enfants ( de 1 à 18 ans) et 1 chien et nous ne nous sommes pas gênés ! La piscine est très agréable et effectivement avec des guêpes, mais elles sont amorphes et présentes aux heures les plus chaudes ! Cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Lézarder sous les arbres était très agréable pour certains et pour d'autres ce fut des tournois de ping-pong... nous avons passé quelques soirées à jouer à la pétanque sur le terrain éclairé !!! Il y a un très grand terrain et le chien a pu courir comme il le voulait ! Quand à Max , le chien du voisin nous ne l'avons pas entendu hurler. Peter, le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentif au bon déroulement du séjour. Nous avons passé de très agréables moments dans cette maison.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz
Wir waren im Juli 2011 dort. Der Vermieter ist feundlich und aufgeschlossen, so dass wir gleich ins Gespräch kamen. Das Haus ist toll angelegt über mehrere Ebenen, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Der Pool ist schön groß und durch seine "Uferzone" auch gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Lediglich der fließende Übergang zum Tiefen und die hintere Wasserabflußkante erfordert etwas Aufmerksamkeit bei Kleinkindern.Der Garten ist sehr groß, wobei eher lang und schön angelegt aber gleichzeitg etwas wild. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung und z.T. das Mobiliar hat schon einige Urlauber erlebt, so dass hier investiert werden könnte. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Objekt, welches ideal zum ausspannen und abschalten ist.

Une belle piscine, mais impraticable
Juillet 2011, les défauts annoncé en 2009 sont toujours les mêmes en 2011, le propriétaire n'a rien fait sauf changer le four peut-être. L'extérieur est à l'état sauvage, les guêpes envahissent la piscine du premier au dernier rayon de soleil, quand je dis "envahissent" ce n'est pas de l'humour, l'accès à la piscine est tout simplement dangereux, la voisine à un chien qui hurle à la mort de 2hoo du matin jusqu'à l'aurore. Et pour ceux aiment dormir dans le noir, aucune chambre n'a de volets. Pour terminer, les photos ne sont plus d'actualité car la végétation a beaucoup progressé !

The atmoshere is open and welcoming
... and makes you feel at home right away! The owner of this house, Mr. Peter Holecek, is really kind and taking care of everything so well. We had a beautiful time at his place with our group of friends and kids. Also our dogs were having a wonderful time, they could run and play on the nice piece of land that belongs to this property. To spent your holiday in this very complete house with also lovely bedrooms, you can enjoy peace and quietness. The garden has a lot of good spots to sit, relax and just dream away.... The swimmingpool invites you to refresh yourself and have fun in the water whenever you like. So.... a totally very GOOD experience for all of us!

habitation de charme à peaufiner
Hameau isolé ,point de départ de nombreuses ballades. Propriétaire sympathique. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle avec malheureusement une finition qui laisse à désirer:( four à changer, réception télévisuelle aléatoire, insectes indésirables dans les chambres à coucher du rez-de-chaussée , mobilier du salon à changer..) Bon point par contre pour la piscine (envahie souvent par les guêpes) et pour le terrain de boules éclairé.
