"It was a great stay. The staff was very cooperative and friendly, and offered us advise on to do things around the area. They were fluent in english and very curteous. They offered us a free upgrade, the exclusive cave suite is worth the money ! The room was extremely clean and room service was great. Breakfast had loads of variety and the spot had great views of the town. The place is very centrally located and we walked around and explored a lot of surrounding cafes and restaurants. "

"Emre was very helpful the room lovely. I think it had heated flooring which was a nice touch. My stay was only short but emre was helpful and the accommodation some of the best I had in Turkey, water replenished daily, strong wifi, good brekky. About 10 min stroll to the main square and shops, which is nice and leaves you out of the hustle bustle. Lovely views from breakfast and back of property. Biggest issue I had was the restaurant recommendation, it was pretty fancy and not the authentic food I wanted-but this is largely reflective of cappodocia where things are angled towards tourists and priced accordingly so local, authentic food at reasonable prices might be largely unattainable in the close vicinity. Would recommend, especially in order to avoid Goreme "

"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!"

"We had a family suite which was huge and very clean , the view from outside our suite was amazing we especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel it was just awesome so was the breakfast buffet every morning . The staff was very friendly and helpful , Nazli helped put our tours together for the day I will def recommend it everyone !!! "
