"Good hotel, enough for short stays"

"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but it’s possible to get the quiet(er) room away from entertainment. Staff is welcoming, helpful & patient. Fitness instructors are fun and engaging. Hotel manager is always around and approachable. Top tip: ask to show you on the map where your room is in relation to the bars/music, the further the better "

"This may be one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in my life. It feels like some guy bought a hotel out of bankruptcy, had no idea how to run a hotel, then decided to cut corners to make the math work. Property is ok to decent, but the rooms are abysmal. Also, I paid both on hotels.com and at the property (a full additional night for some unknown reason). Rooms need a 100% makeover. They feel like a mix of a motel and your grandmother's bedroom from 1955. Also, there were at least 3 people trying to get their money back in the 11 hours that I was there. Only needed a place to stay for night on way to Bodrum"
