"I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep "

"Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. "We had a lovely week in Casa Bellavista. What amazing views! It’s a comfortable property and well located. Really enjoyed the meal at Cardini - tried to go back again on our last night but they are closed on Tuesday. Joanna was great at communicating and gave us lots of really helpful info and suggestions, thank you!"

Good Malpensa option

"Great little hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue is the old medieval road on which it sits. If you are driving, and leaving early, you have to open and close the courtyard gate and pray no one is speeding around the corner to wipe out your family sitting in the car on a curve while you are performing that task. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached to it, which makes it easy for travelers. They also have an airport bus/shuttle."

"Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. The comfortable bedding and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing stay. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was not overly busy, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the menu options were somewhat limited. On my first night, I ordered a Thai yellow chicken dish, only to find the meat undercooked, with a bright pink centre. When I raised my concern with the waitress, she insisted this was normal, though I remained unconvinced. Erring on the side of caution, I sent the dish back, which was disappointing. Additionally, wine was only available by the glass, which I found restrictive, as I prefer to enjoy a bottle and top up myself over the course of my meal. The bar, while very quiet - I was the only patron - was a comfortable spot for a nightcap before heading to bed. One standout feature was the airport shuttle service, which was excellent and much appreciated. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it overall."
