Casa Rondinella ist ein reizvolles, freistehendes 3,5 Schlafzimmer Familienhaus in Orselina. Mit einem einminütigen Spaziergang über eine Treppe sind Sie weg von der Straße und haben einen Panoramablick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge in der Ferne. Casa Rondinella ist nur wenige Autominuten von Locarno entfernt, es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.
Casa Rondinella hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne! Alle Zimmer haben einen Ausgang auf die Terrasse und in den Garten, der über Liegewiesen verfügt. Dieses schöne Haus besticht durch seine Aufteilung - alle Zimmer, Terrassen und der Garten befinden sich auf einer Ebene.
Bitte beachten Sie: Casa Rondinella ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Ideale Belegung: 2-4 Personen.

Herrliche Lage und Aussicht
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in Orsellina trotz der großen Hitze sehr genossen. Die Lage oberhalb des Sees und die damit verbundene Aussicht ist besonders.

Wunderbar
Tolles kleines Haus, modern ausgestattet, hell, freundlich und sehr sauber. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Locarno und Tenero. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Verweilen ein und sollte es mal regnen ist man froh um die überdachte Veranda. Ein Parkplatz fanden wir auch immer problemlos und die Treppen runter zum Haus und wieder rauf, halten fit. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Wir würden sofort wieder eine Woche in diesem Objekt verbringen.

Traumhafte Lage oberhalb des Lago Maggiore
Optimale Raumaufteilung, Zugang zum Garten von jedem Zimmer aus und Blick auf den See von jedem Zimmer. Praktische Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche. An- und Abreise mit Gepäck sind sehr beschwerlich.
