"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. "The parking lot is convenient, and the kitchen was a nice feature. The staffs were nice and had everything we needed. It was about 30 minutes walk to the Avignon, but walking was somewhat not pleasant neighborhood. Overall it was a good stay."

"Staff allowed an early check in as I arrived from the train in the morning. They also helpfully called a cab for me back to the train station in the morning. The only downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, if you are on foot."

"Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The shower was small and a bit dark but clean. Staff was very pleasant and the pool was lovely and clean. There is a bus to the city center if you prefer not to drive and park. Overall nothing elegant but good value for the price."
