"We had a great stay at Carmen’s VRBO. The property was what we were looking for situated very close to the metro which allowed easy access to the various points we visited in the city. The two areas in the property were perfect for 2 couples. We lost communication with our host after our check in, had no response to our inquiries. The place was clean and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Only 2 elements worked on stove. Penthouse suite was sweet. "

"The apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful traditional building, just off one of the main streets in Barcelona. The main living area and bedroom were very spacious and light, and we also appreciated the large TV in the room! The kitchen was very well appointed and all bathroom accessories were also in place. Mariona was an exceptional host - very attentive before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend a stay here."

"The pictures are NOT accurate to the actual state of the apartment which is completely rugged and out of shape. The furniture must be changed, specially the beds and mattress that have blood stains and curtains that have holes in. The kitchen and bathroom need a renovation, there is mold all around the bathtub. The fridge had mold in it as well. The walls need to be repainted, they are full of black marks (like literally all the walls look as if they were airport walls) VRBO was of no help at...

"Excellent customer service and support. We arrived late and the host kept in touch with us at all time and gave us very detailed instructions , for any questions she was available at any time. Instructions easy to understand but still the host took her time to explain The place is very clean, well decorated, spacious, excellent ventilation with enough supplies and well equipped. "Washing / laundry machine was old and makes too much noise we can not do laundry after 9pm as per host .So we have to do early morning and laundry it was down last day of our stay, host says can’t fix the laundry so we pack all dirty cloths "
