"Apartment above us had old very creeky floor so we could hear every step taken by renters upstairs which made sleeping difficult. Otherwise a very quaint and clean, updated and comfortable unit. Great hipster breakfast/brunch spot a block away. Happy Gillis, great farm fresh food and welcoming staff. Close to many Kansas City Attractions."

"My wife and I stayed in this nice little apartment for a few days while we were visiting Kansas City. It was convenient to downtown and comfortable for our stay. We had a problem locating the thermostat, because I didn't carefully read the visitor guide. The property manager was quick to help when I emailed asking about it. We will consider staying here again and at other properties managed by this company in the KC area."

"There were five of us ladies staying for a long weekend. We hadn’t seen each other in 39 years! The house was so lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few kinks to deal with but the property managers were super fast in responding and everything turned out great!
