Enjoy your holiday with your family and friends all year round.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 with double bed and a single with twin beds, there is one sofa bed which could be a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped including kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine.
There is a balcony with table and chairs from which you can see the sea and have your breakfast before you set off to the beach.
The building has its own swimming pool if you decide not to go to the sea.

There are 2 bathrooms one en suite with shower.

A wide range of services, cafeterias, restaurants, shops, fantastic children's areas and playgrounds are are just one minute away from the apartment as well as the sports areas, magnificent walks,
The supermarket Mercadona is about 10 minute walk but there are other small ones very close by.

Marina d'Or is perfect for for children as there are a great deal of things to do during the day or during the night, there are 7 parks with lots of activity open until late night.

Buen alojamiento calidad-precio
El alojamiento cumplió con las expectativas. La comunicación con Lisa fue muy fluida desde un principio. Desde el comienzo, sería conveniente disponer de dos juegos de llaves o del código de entrada desde la calle para que sea todo más cómodo. No sé si lo ponía en el anuncio, pero el sofá no es sofá-cama. Salvo esto, todo lo demás perfecto. ¡Muchas gracias!

Limpio y buena ubicación
La ubicación, dentro de Marina D'or es perfecta para salir a la playa, al paseo o a la zona comercial y de restaurantes junto a los hoteles. Pero es Marina D'or, zona que se nota en decadencia, respecto a otras de levante. El apartamento está en el interior del edificio así que le llega poco sol, pero eso es perfecto en verano, que supongo es su época ideal. en invierno un poco frio, que subsana con un aire con bomba de calor que funciona perfectamente. Equipamiento básico pero más que suficiente para una temporada corta. Todo muy limpio y solo algunos pequeños detalles a mejorar que le he comentado directamente a Lisa, que es quien gestiona la comunicación. Por ciento, muchas gracias a Lisa, porque me ha mantenido informado en todo momento y respondiendo a todas mis peticiones. En resumen, un buen apartamento para visitar la zona o, como en nuestro caso, asistir a un torneo de basket en Semana Santa. Como ya digo Marina D'or no es mi sitio favorito para ir en verano, pero seguro que a mucha gente le puede cuadrar.

Poco que hacer
El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario menos las sábanas y toallas, lo mejor indiscutible es la ubicación estás en el centro de todo, lo que no me a gustado esque no hay mucho que hacer, tuvimos que ir un día ha ver Peníscola porque nos aburrimos, más de un fin de semana no recomiendo ir a Marina d'or.

Con lisa trato y comunicación genial pero la agencia que les gestiona el apartamento deja mucho k deseas, mal trato, mala comunicación y limpieza nula...aún así la ubicación del apartamento y el parking inmejorable y volveremos y lo recomendamos si no eres tikismikis de la limpieza.

Nos gusto mucho el piso bien. Limpieza decente pero estas a 1 minuto de la playa y eso se agradece. Por la noche no se escucha nada que estanfo de vacaciones se agradece ! En general lo recomiendo y la propietaria un encanto.

Fantastic apartments and customer service
Lovely apartment, was clean and well kept, I would recommend this to anyone staying in the oropesa location. Lisa was brilliant and helped us with all our needs leading up to the holiday and also during, these include booking us taxis too and from the airport, finding us cheap flights, information for the surrounding area etc. everyone should visit here!!!

El piso esta bien es como cualquier otro...lo malo que nos dijeron que tenia vistas al mar y no fue así,porque da hacia el parquin. Esta bien equipado, la limpieza muy mala. no es culpa de la dueña si no de la persona que lleva la limpieza.

Our stay at Lisa's property was very good overall. The flat was fully equipped, clean and well located. Just two minutes walk from the beach with a quick access to amenities and entertainment, it is a great family holiday resort.

very decent apartment
The apartment is very well located just steps from the beach and restaurants. It is functional , the only negative things missing ( bins in the bathrooms , baking dishes and cooking plancha " in Spanish" ) Lisa has also provided us with a cot and stroller . Thank you for this attention.

ESTANCIA EN NAVIDAD
El apartamento se ajusta totalmente a lo anunciado. Lisa, propietaria, súper amable, así como la persona encargada de la entrega de llaves. Detalle a destacar: cuando llegamos al apartamento no había ropa de cama de abrigo, ya que suponemos que se alquilará mas en épocas de verano, por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con el encargado que, muy amablemente y de manera inmediata, nos facilitó edredones y un radiador. La ubicación excelente, tanto la distancia a la playa, como a la zona del centro. Un beso para Lisa y os digo que os animéis a ir, aunque yo preferiría en verano ya que supongo que habrá más ambiente.

estancia genial por todo, ideal para ir con niños
el apartamento está muy bien, cerca de la playa, mercadona y parque aventura. Está equipado. Ha sido el segundo año que repetimos y habrá mas. La propietaria muy atenta. La piscina genial! Os lo recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera que sus hijos pasen unas vacaciones estupendas en un mundo hecho para ellos. Relación calidad-precio: excelente.
