They also let us check out a couple hours late because we had issues with our ferry, which was really nice of them. "We had a small but very cozy studio at Kipos Villas. The room was beautiful and clean, had a small kitchenette and a terrace with amazing sea views where you can catch the sunset and listen to the wind. There is a small but nice pool being shared with other apartments, the bigger pool you see is private and can`t be used. The location is beatifull and the host was super nice and helpful. You can walk to town, takes about 15 minutes but there is no sidewalk. You can do that for a few days but...

"(Traveled beginning of MAY) I feel the previous reviews were misleading. However this place could be awesome. I will start with the good. Locations was good ( you need a car) taxis are expensive and walking into town is 30mins with no sidewalks. Otherwise its a 7min drive to town. We were able to find a car company that delivered us a car and pick it up at the Ferry Port (Surprise Car Rental). We were met by a nice lady to let us into the unit. Patio was nice and we enjoyed the private beach....

"Such a tranquil, beautiful place and a lovely, comfortable house to stay in. We felt right at home. Everything about this holiday was a joy. Efi was a very communicative and helpful host. The only thing that marred things was that Vrbo took down the trip and all messages once our trip began, meaning we couldn't answer messages from Efi once we were there, or let her know where we left the key, which was quite a worry for me. Overall we loved it and would love to return next year. Just need VRBO...

"It was perfect for anyone wanting to be right in the mix. My daughter and I enjoyed the rooftop deck. Communication was perfect and check in was easy. Only areas of concern was a power loss to the entire area so not the property owners fault. Lots of stairs to haul your luggage up was quite exhausting and the beds/pillows were a little worn out but doable. If you’re a larger frame person, the shower may not work for you, it’s very small."

"The home was very conveniently located and very clean. We greatly appreciated the complimentary transfer from the ferry, help with coordinating a ride to the airport and snacks left by the host. The stairs entering the home are steep and narrow and presented a challenge for some of our travel partners- especially in moving luggage in and out. Access to all bathrooms also required stairs.
