Free parking or covered secure garage parking available upon request. Private laundry, large oceanfront pool, beach items, sleeps 6, fast Wi-Fi, 3 Roku TVs, comfy beds, and large balcony with amazing ocean views. Safe and quiet community. The entire place is yours to enjoy! Offering plenty of free parking and the best location in Ormond Beach. Minutes from Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and a one hour drive to Orlando and Disney/Universal.

The entire 1,250 square foot condo is yours. The common areas (weight room, pool, game and card room, etc.) of the complex are also free for your use.

We are off-site, but available as needed. There is on-site property management if needed.

Low-key, very safe and quiet Florida beach town. Only 5 minutes from Daytona, but far enough away to be out of the traffic and crowds. Ten minutes to Flagler Beach and a short drive to St. Augustine.

Free on-site parking. Easy walk to shopping and food. Easy access.

The primary guest must be 25 years old or older and there must always be someone 25 years old or older in the condo if people are present. No parties or events are allowed. No more than 6 guests allowed inside the unit at any time.

Sister Beach Trip
The condo was great! The master was like a honeymoon suite, with a great ocean view. The guest beds were low to the floor but very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the condo plus the utility room was perfect with all the beach chairs and toys. Our annual sister trip and we hope to be back next year. Highly recommend yhus cindi.

Perfect & relaxing family beach trip
We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable & well stocked. My wife spent her childhood family vacations in Ormond and lived there for many years as an adult. We still have family in the area & return every summer for a visit. This the first year we have stayed at this unit, and it is our favorite thus far. The policies and procedures are streamlined, simple and clear. Check in, out and communication was a breeze. Flying in from the DC area we appreciated the beach gear provided. We found the beds to be very comfy & liked having full size rather than twins in the second bedroom. Internet, enough TVs and being able to login to all our streaming was appreciated. We always travel with our Roku stick with us, but did not have a need for it this trip. If this condo is available for our stays in the future, we would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay for the holiday
Loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of five. So clean and inviting. Stayed over the July 4th holiday and there was a wonderful fireworks show we were able to watch from our balcony. The host was quick to respond to all our questions and very accommodating. Definitely will be back!

Hidden Gem on Quiet Beach
The unit is beautifully renovated with a nice view. This section of the beach was car-free and was not overly crowded so that was very nice. Parking was available without fighting for spots. The exterior of the building is a little dated, but in line with a condo building on the Florida Central Coast. We had one person with mobility issues in our party, and it was a little difficult to get through the building and down to the pool/beach area because of the steps and narrow ramp.

This well appointed condo did not disappoint. Amazing view, extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with everything needed, comfortable beds. Easy access to an uncrowded beach and the pool. We could not have been more comfortable nor pleased with our choice to book this property.

Great location , very clean great experience
We were there for the USAG women’s level 10 gymnastic national championships. We chose this location with just a short drive to Daytona Beach.it was perfect in every way . Beach was awesome. Pool was perfect . Weather was iffy on a couple days , we could have cared less . We had a wonderful time .

While in Ormond at a celebration of life for the love of my life, while physically and emotional draining- coming back to the condo was very peaceful and i really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise, sunsets and listening to the ocean waves.

A lot of places have nice pictures but then you stay there and the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Not this place! Has everything you need to stay at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Lots of space for you to unpack and put stuff away. Highly recommend 🏝😊

Very nice place to stay
The condo was very well laid out and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was the very well stocked, easily the best we've experienced. The balcony was a little on the smaller side, but there were only three of us, so it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and closets more than big enough. Lots of storage (dressers, drawers, closets). We liked that the balcony was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Sofas were a little uncomfortable, but that is to be expected when you are dealing with sofa sleepers. Plenty of restaurants and shopping just down the road. Overall, a very nice experience and would definitely recommend.

Ocean talks to you all Night!
Just what we were looking for! The description of the property was very accurate and offered the ocean views and sounds we were hoping to experience while visiting family in Ormond Beach. The property is super convenient and easy to come and go if you are traveling with older relatives unlike a resort where you might need to walk a mile just to get to your room or the beach. Peaceful, quiet condo and great amenities. We will definitely return!

This condo was immaculate. It was very clean and accommodating. It was very spacious and relaxing for my family of 4 and the views of the beach and ocean are perfect.
