"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"Everything was great! Easy access to Venice through tram (~10min interval, 20-30min ride) and close to the airport. We were very impressed about the upkeeping of the place, clean and charming. Parking was easy right in front of the house on the closed alley. Michela was very kind and beyond helpful, and it's great that she lives nearby (if you need her for any reason). "What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. "Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."
