"The reception staff were extremely helpful after we were late due to holdups with a major traffic incident. They prepared and left the property open for us, providing instructions on how to locate it. The resort itself is well run by very friendly staff who are always helpful on a day to day basis. "Wir waren über Neujahr in dem wundervollen Chalet. Bei der Ankunft haben wir direkt eine Nacht verlängert. Alles war sauber, es war leidvoll & detailreich eingerichtet und liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir können es nur jedem Empfehlen der eine Auszeit braucht und nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte. Wir haben direkt für 2023 wieder reserviert und freuen uns schon sehr! "The chalet was fully equipped. The beds were made, there were towels, the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed here with 5 people and have been able to spend the night comfortably. "Super locatie! Nog geen 5 min wandelen en je staat aan de rand van het meer. Het huis had alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Alles heel proper, alle nodige huishoudapparaten zijn er aanwezig. Aangename gastheer. De kans dat we nog eens terug gaan lijkt me zeer groot."

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
