Check in process was easy - thankful after a 9 hour drive and arriving around 11pm.
Issues noticed immediately (yes at 11pm):
Livingroom TV remotes didn't work, twin bedroom TV didn't work. Broken toilet seat in master bath, master bedroom fan doesn't work (never fixed)
Maintenance entered the next day to fix the twin bedroom TV, master bath toilet seat,but couldn't fix Livingroom TV. Said would come back, but re-entered without notice when my 16 yr old daughter was there alone exiting the shower. She was VERY freaked out by this, and I was very upset we were not notified of re-entrance so an adult could be present.
2nd night, master bed TV didn't work, stayed that way entire rest of stay.
Lack of bath towels (4 only, this place sleeps 6 - at least have 2/person ready), no wash cloths at all. Found only 1 kitchen towel, but when picked up smelt like it was left in water and dirty. Couldn't even use.
Thermostat is on someone else schedule. We had to wake up EVERY NIGHT at 4AM & 6ish AM to put back to 70, goes to 76 randomly. With no good fans this is an issue!
Back sliding door doesn't lock at all.
Could probably use new dishes.
We spent 5 nights here, we made it work, it wasn't terrible however for a family that's stayed at multiple rentals. This place needs a little more love - functional devices, go a little above and beyond to make it stand out. Overall is was nice but these things should be addressed. The property amenities and pool/clubhouse/arcades and staff were great.
