Fabulous 9 bedroom/6 bathroom luxury home sleeps 22 guests and offers spacious accommodation. A private pool & jacuzzi greets you outside where there is a covered lanai, patio furniture and grill. The main living area is beautifully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and family lounge with big screen TV. Upstairs loft games area and work station including a full size pool table and air hockey. Themed rooms and spaces throughout create a vibrant living space full of fun and holiday memory making. Resort amenities are all included. Ideally located close to the major Orlando attractions, great access routes, restaurants and shops nearby. This is an A-class resort with contemporary features and great appeal. Vacation memories are made here! There are two King Bedroom Suites on the ground floor. Upstairs bedrooms include four queen rooms, and two bunk rooms (twin on top of double). The games room is very large and spacious and includes a separate TV area. Regret no smoking or pets. Pool heat available for an additional fee.Maximum 5 cars allowed on the resort per property as per HOA guidlelines enforced.

5 Stars for the following … location, (5 minutes from stores, food, etc.) cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, home backs to green area, resort pool was amazing with a lazy river, slides, hammocks, games, and activities like snow cones. and spa services, owner was very responsive with any questions.

This property was pretty nice and spacious. My 19 family members were nice a comfy. I would rent this property again. Only downside I had issues contacting the property manager for questions. They took awhile to respond. Other than that it would be 5 stars.

The house was beautiful, huge and clean. It fit all 20 of us so perfectly. You don’t even feel right on top of each other. The resort alone is amazing. It’s very close to everything you need. The owner David and the staff was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything

The house was just as shown. Very accommodating for the 8 of us. Loved the yard as it gave us plenty of privacy. The kids loved the upstairs for their own personal spaces. Very equipped with every thing that we needed. The resort was very nice to, a bit pricy for drinks and whatnot, but overall expected. The host David was very responsive and helpful. The only thing is that the home could use a carpet cleaning, but not entirely a game changer. Every thing else seemed to be good.

We had a few issues with our unit not to the fault of the owner. David was immediate with his responses and did his very best to remedy the situations. Very impressed with his diligence and concern. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful resort with plenty of amenities. Some staff seemed rather rude and it closed during the week at earlier times than posted on their website and doors which was disappointing. The cleaning crew could do a better job on the house. Communication with property manager during our stay was difficult. We lost power to the garbage disposal and outlets in 3 bathrooms after a few days with no reply back from manager to fix it. Kitchen lacked towels and dishcloths plus other items typically found in a rental. Overall a nice stay despite the issues.

Great!! We enjoyed staying at this property. There was enough space for everyone. Plenty television for those who chose to stay inside. There were also games for a little family competition. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, glasses and kitchen "junk draw" items, like wine keys. It was clean. We will definitely stay here again. Low score on the check-in process. The company did not send the list of names to the front gate. We had to call and wait a longtime for us to be added. Good security function but the company did not use it. Middle score on the communication: I had to call and leave messages. Wasn't sure who to contact. Wi-Fi passwords should be visible when in housing unit because i had to unlock the door to get inside. I should not have to search the unfamiliar equipment to find it.

Disappointing
Overall the home was spacious and large for our group of 8 men. The home allowed each of the members of the golf trip to have their own room and bathroom. The communication with the property manager to obtain early access to drop off groceries was not allowed. I contacted the property manager early - no assurance was given - however, given the minor request, no flexibility was given. All renters should be aware that normal kitchen needs of dishsoap, handsoap, coffee filters, salt / pepper, cleaning supplies, and other minor things were not provided. All bathrooms had minimal soap and shampoo - very small bars and shampoo containers. Renters need to plan to provide all those elements themselves. Overall I would say the Vbro rental experience was one of the least desirable that I have had and it was not luxury.

My son wedding.
We had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed. The gated community was perfect. The only thing we needed would have been more bath towels. I would most definitely stay there again.
