I do not recommend NOVA.
All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand
Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay.

Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat it. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, and they ignored my text. The spa needs to be turned on but they don’t give you instruction on how and then it takes a day for it to heat up…total rip off!
BBQ costs to use also..not stipulated on Expedia contract
I called after making the booking to confirm that 6 people could be on the list for drivers and was told no problem. When I called to confirm the drivers they had all 3 wrong and informed me the resort only allowed 3 drivers period on resort list. So if you have more drivers you are SOL on driving into the property. We had 2 cars but 6 drivers and had to shuffle our plans to meet the new regulation at the last minute.
The house was ok upon arrival-it could use a good deep cleaning. Lots of repairs were needed also.
Ants in the master bathtub. Had to fill with water to keep them from climbing out of tub.
If you loose your parking pass, you have to stay in the long line to have them reissue one.
