This Luxurious Vacation Home Villa and well appointed 5 bedrooms villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom.

Amazing games room with Arcade ( 6000 games ) pool table, foosball table

2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.

All bedrooms have LED TV.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The screened in, private pool and spa fully fenced for more privacy and south facing.

Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led tv.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone (local and long distance), cable and wireless internet are included.

A camera has been placed outside on the garage door corner in front of the driveway for safety reason ( only driveway can be seen )

Centrally located property to the parks and a short trip from the local airport, this property provided the perfect home base for us park goers to have a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with a dirty twist
The location was great and the home was very roomy. The host responded very quickly the stay was not overall great 2 weeks after booking I received a email from the host asking if we wanted the pool and spa heat and it would be $210 the entire stay in the description, it does not state that under the amenities of course we did so we paid for it. During our stay in the kitchen on more then one occasion a bug that looked like a roaches was in the kitchen management of the Villa Karen was called. She responded quickly and sent an exterminator out. Who was there within an hour. Also was explained to her about how poorly the house was cleaned and pictures was taken. There was food splatter on the cabinet. Drawers were not cleaned out fridge raider was not wiped out carpet in the living room was dirty and needs to be steam cleaned around the island had food and juice splatter on it as well as the walls. I hope we’re not paying a cleaning fee There was a dead bug in the drawer that look like a roach management of the Villa asked that we want a cleaning Person to be sent out we declined because we already cleaned it ourselves. In my opinion, the cleaning lady needs to be fired. She does the bare minimum. Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation. From a guest review I think the host needs to stay on there that there will be a $210 heating for the pool and the spa before somebody books it that way people are aware of it

Very nice but hot
Overall we had a great stay at this house. The only “complaint” we have is that the house was HOT. They have guest set the thermostat to 80 before departure which in Florida ends up being even hotter inside. With this it takes over 24 hours to cool the house. Not only this but there is a blocker on the thermostat which doesn’t allow the temp to go below 72. I can understand bumping the temp up a few degrees to save money but ultimately trying to bring a house of that size down from over 80 inside cost more than maintaining. Other than that the place was very clean and comfortable and we had a nice stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Hakuna Matata home. The house was plenty big, clean, and stocked with everything that you would need! Our favorite part was the vicinity to Disney and the POOL of course. Thank you for trusting us with your home!!!! We had family staying for a fun filled 8 days of indoor games, amusement parks and movies. The home was as advertised on VRBO. We had a small issue that was addressed within 24 hrs. There were also a few vents and windows that needed a deep cleaning but it was still a Great home and we hope to visit again next year!

This was a nice house with lots of space and things for the kids to do. We loved the pool and game room. It was a short proximity to Disney and lots of restaurants. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and we would rent here again. It had all the things we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The owner is also very responsive and helpful.

This was a great home and location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the thermostat was already set and had limits on it. House wouldn’t go cooler than 72 which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was perfect!

Family Getaway!
What a nice peaceful stay! The place was beautiful and clean. Pool was awesome! Hot tub is all one level after a small step, wasnt expecting it to be without "seats" in it, but it didnt spoil the fun. It was a nice relaxing getaway for a few days. The home was beautiful, well decorated, clean, spacious & comfortable. Nice park for basketball down the street & another around the corner for smaller kids. Game room was a nice bonus. Host was quick to respond to questions/issues. Only complaint is that we missed out on a heated pool because it wasnt clear the request was suppose to be made before check in. Nice home, A/C could have been set on lower setting . Trash can was full outside . No outside light . Bedroom door knob needed replaced in first bedroom. Kitchen trashcan had trash under the bag that needed to be cleaned out . No dryer sheets for laundry dryer . Was out of the house most of the time there but would stay there again if I was going to stay longer . Liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer, game room and nice kitchen. Nice furniture and location to Disney . Nice size home for the whole family to stay .

The house is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the game room. And the location could not be better as it’s close to all of the Disney parks but away enough that you can enjoy some quiet after a long day.
