After a fun day at Disney parks or golf courses or you have shopped till you drop, you will surely find the villa a peaceful place to relax, an ideal place to unwind and a perfect place to recharge. Just a stroll in the neighborhood viewing citrus fruits, spotting Florida ibis and watching the sunset is enough to re-energize you for another day.

This home is suitable not only for short-term relaxing vacations, but also for longer-term working from home.

The villa is an open-concept design, boasting spacious rooms and plenty of living/sitting areas, with the comfort of a luxury hotel and the flexibility of your home. The villa is 11 miles from major Disney theme parks. After a great day meeting Micky and friends, come back home and swim in the underwater lit pool or just soak in the pool side spa, savor the day's fun and let your imagination flow... The pool area is fenced for child safety, screened and with covered lanai. For sunbathing in broad daylight, comfortable loungers, patio table and chairs are there for you to catch the Florida sunshine!

There is a Pool table and a Foosball game - play some games after a hectic day could be a positive change of pace.

There is a family friendly living area with 42' TV, DVD and movies as well as a quiet sitting area to read a book perhaps!

Great holiday
We had a great holiday in this quiet community. The house was very roomy and well equipped. The pool area was awesome and the pool well maintained. The property manager was very prompt. As well, the owner was pleasant to communicate with and responded in short order. We loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Short notice vacation
We booked the house within two weeks of travel. Communication with the property owner/mgmt was great. The house could use some cosmetic maintenance, the walls need painted and the carpets are quite disheveled and dirty. We had to clean the floors on arrival including the pool deck. There were quite a few insects in the house, however I do understand this is Florida but we haven’t experienced this many insects in previous rentals in the area. The pool area was large and where we spent most of our time. Overall had an enjoyable stay in this well equipped home.

We came to the area to relax and check out Seaworld. This was a great place to stay. Nicer in person even than the pictures show! The pool definitely seemed bigger in person too! Lots of things close by and very great quick getaway for our family. Would stay again

Great place to spend family vacation!
Pool was great. The location is close to everything. Pearl and Doug were easy to communicate with about the property. We would definitely stay there again. Overall, it’s a great place to stay at.

Great house, we had a family of 7 age ranging from 4 to 73 and we all enjoyed the house. Plenty of room to relax after the long days at the parks. Multiple stores right down the street you can get anything you might need. We plan to return to Orlando for another vacation soon and would stay here again!

Ok except for the bug problem
The house looked good upon arrival & had everything we needed except roaches within the first 24 hours which had to be addressed twice during the first few days our stay. The property manager was responsive & we loved the neighborhood but the bug problem set the tone for a not so great & stressful vacation.

Great property!
Ibis Hill property was perfect, close to everything. David was spectacular, had a couple minor issues, he resolved them very fast. Will stay here again. Wonderful neighborhood, great neighbors. I advise to walk around the subdivision, just beautiful. Thank you Ibis Hill we had a wonderful time.

This property was great. It is a little outside central Orlando but 30 minutes from Disney, Universal and Seaworld in a great neighborhood. The property had lots of space for us and the pool was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly rent this property again on our next trip.

Very well located, large house, very clean.
The house was more than perfect for our family of 5. Large rooms, 3 bathrooms, very clean all around. The pool was perfect and we all enjoyed it very much. Located close to the parks and the center of Orlando, yet in a very peaceful location. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Vacation
It was very enjoyable spending time at this villa. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had prior to booking the house. We met David, the property manager, at the house when we arrived. He was helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. The location is perfect for the nearby attractions. We felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and recommend this house.

Better than advertised
The pictures do NOT do the home justice- it is incredibly spacious, well laid out and far exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for our family of four- room to spare, in fact, and the pool was an awesome "cool down, wind down" option for the boys following long days of golfing and at the Disney parks. And the loacation is perfect- EVERYTHING you could need is nearby!

Good vacation choice
We stayed 3 weeks and have no complaints. The maintenance people are exceptional getting back and resolving any issues or questions quickly. The pool is exceptionally clean and maintained weekly. The owners respond fast to any questions.

A month to remember
We stayed in the villa together with our parents and our little 10 months old daughter (seven people in all) for a full month. The villa was perfect for us in every respect. It is clean and well maintained and the neighbourhood is quiet. The large pool was great for those lazy days when we stayed at the house. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great time was had by all!
Centrally located for access to both coasts and all Orlando amusement parks. Great private pool and spacious accommodations! Plenty of nearby shopping for groceries. Plenty of restaurant options. Teenagers and smaller children both had a blast! Only minor issues with BBQ grills being previously heavily used. We hadn't planned on grilling so it wasn't a problem. Overall, impossible to beat the accommodations for the price.

It was lovely
It was a lovely house. The listing was a little misleading as some of the rooms are said to be upstairs but it is a one story house. There was enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space when needed. There a very few personal touches in the house. It felt a little like a house and not a home. The pool was wonderful. The kids spent all of their free time at the house in it. We would stay there again.

villa was in great location for parks and orlando surrounding area,villa had everything we needed especially the pool after along day at the parks. the only thing that let it down was the general cleanliness on arrival inside and out, pool area requires a good jet washing.this is something the management company need to address if it wasn’t for the cleanliness villa would get a 5 star rate ( as for the management company overall they were prompt at coming out if had any issues)overall would recommend villa for a stay in orlando

Good location, NO hot water!
The property was accurate to the listing. When we got to the property there was no hot water. The manager came out on the next day to relight the pilot light for the water tank. It kept going out and had to be relit every day of our stay. My family took multiple cold showers throughout our time there.

Great Stay and Most Comfortable Beds!!
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and spacious. The pool and sauna were great too and with a toddler running around I felt so much better having the sturdy safety gate around the pool and the safety locks on the doors. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I was told the other beds were very comfortable as well. The home has pretty much what you need as far as dishes /pots and pans/ coffee pot, etc. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to last the week but we knew that going in and we’re fine with that. The owner Doug always answered all of my questions and was easy to communicate with, the same for the property manager. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again!
