Relaxing getaway
I really enjoyed this property! It was away from the busy city but only a 20 minute drive to most parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool area was nice and the clubhouse has movies and a game room for the kids. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Vacation Villa
We came for a quick vacation to celebrate a family reunion. The gates community is lovely. Sarah communicated with us an appropriate amount and was receptive to recommendations. We loved the home and our stay was peaceful. The Villa was clean, affordable, and met our short term needs. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Clean, Quiet and Pleasant
We stayed 9 nights. Property is clean and in good condition, neighborhood is attractive and feels safe, and itā€™s very convenient to restaurants and Kissimmee shopping. We loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Only thing that could be improved is the king size bed in the master is not on a frame, so if youā€™re tall, like my husband, itā€™s unusually low to the floor.

Buddy Townhouse
Our stay in the Buddy townhouse exceeded all our expectations! The unit was exactly as advertised ā€“ spacious, well stocked and clean! The community is ideally located for all our planned adventures in Orlando, though the community pool and tiki bar were very fun and were excellent surprises to our reservation. Sarah, our host, was easy to communicate with and provided some excellent local recommendations.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to Disney and traffic in to the parks was light! It was a very easy drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean
We stayed here while visiting the Disney Parks. The resort was nice, checking in was easy, and the place was clean and updated. The owner is easy to reach if needed and communicated any issues immediately. The drive to each park is not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for others.

Perfect for our needs
Two families with teen girls stayed here while in town for gymnastics. It was perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely responsive. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and a shower drain and they were addressed and fixed very quickly. Resort grounds are nice. Pool area is decent. The Tiki Bar has great drinks, mediocre food. Rental was exactly as pictured. We looked at several properties in the area and chose this for location and the reasonable price.

Great setup for daughter's cheer competition
My daughter was recently at the Cheer Summit competition in Orlando and we tried a townhome rental instead of a hotel. It sure worked out great. Awesome to have additional space, especially spare bathrooms for my daughter to get ready. The townhome was very clean, had all the basics we needed, and was conveniently located close to ESPN. The property owner was on point with communications and the check-in / check-out process was as smooth as silk. Was nice to have access to the community pool, workout facility and on-site bar & grill from a convenience standpoint. We had no issues at all and would recommend to others.

Awesome Property!
Had a great stay at this property while on vacation for spring break. The house was very clean and provided everything that we could need. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day at the parks. We loved getting to walk around the pond in the community and enjoying the pool and tiki bar ā€“ definitely everything you could want only steps away. We will definitely be back!
