Enjoy our beautifully decorated, 3-bedroom condo located in the top-rated Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family gated resort community is just minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this popular resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, Nintendo Wii suite, cyber café, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground. There are no resort fees, guests are welcome to use all amenities.

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV/DVD combos with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.
Your little ones will delight in their Jungle theme room with Kuzco's pet panther to greet them. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.

The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Free local and long distance calls to the USA and Canada.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

For families with little tykes - we have a 'pack & play' fold-out crib and a high chair
available for you UPON REQUEST.

This first floor condo is approximately 1,208 sq ft. with a private screened-in lanai. The condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with free parking available, for multiple cars, just to the side of the building.

We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.

We stayed for 8 nights and found the condo very comfortable. It was spacious and offered benefits like beach towels for the pool along with an abundance of bathroom towels. We appreciated the quietness of the area, giving us a break after busy days at the theme parks. We’d happily stay again!

Family holiday week
We stayed here for a first time on this property. The house was very clean, everything was available. The ac worked fine. The beds where good enough, the little girls liked the jungle themed room. There are some carpet nails sticking out between the main bedroom and bathroom, but this has been addressed already. We stayed at many locations over the years and this was a ok place to stay at. The check in person at the gate could have used some customer friendly training. The pool was ok, A bit smaller then expected and the water was really warm to our surprise (it did not cool you down at all). Some extra umbrellas to provide shade would have been nice. The venue was very budget friendly and the quality in general is good. The hostes is friendly and supportive. A fine stay for a week.

Quick Disney Getaway
Very lovely property and a very short drive to all the Disney parks with an easy commute. We did only visit the pool and clubhouse once, but it was enough to know that so much is offered and fun for kids! The condo was nice, fit our needs. I wish the lighting was brighter throughout, I don’t do well in dim lit areas. We were in Disney most of the time so we didn’t spend a lot time inside.

Girls Trip to Orlando
This vacation condo is about 15 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom in a nice gated community. We appreciated the ground floor location of this vacation condo. It had everything needed for a great trip! We had a minor maintenance issue. The host was great! She totally understood the concern and helped prioritize getting it fixed. On the other hand, the property manager kept wanting to argue with me about it. One tradeoff of the first floor was having neighbors above us. The convenience of avoiding stairs was worth the noise to us, but might be a watch out as the group that checked in at the end of our visit was extremely noisy. Again, this is not a knock. It's simply a reality of pros/cons of a first floor condo.

Clean and very well equipped
This was our second stay at this property and we are just as pleased as we were last time. We found it to be very clean and well equipped with everything you may need to prepare family meals. One of our group is elderly and using a walker finds it easy to maneuver in the apartment. The owner Anna, is quick to respond to any questions one might have. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked perfectly.

We opened the door and was pleased with how clean the condo was. It had everything (kitchen appliances) we would need. Location was great for all the parks. Condo was extremely quiet. The pool area was just steps away. The beds were comfortable which was definitely needed after the long days at the parks. There was a Walmart close by to get all the things you would need.
