No parties & no unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the condo. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and report to VRBO.
