Stayed for the Presidentā€™s Day weekend and it was amazing! Hotel staff has top notch service & cleanliness. Go see concierge Sydney S. for reservations on & off property and recommendations. Sheā€™s the best! Hotel puts on a great fireworks show right in front of the pool area. Definitely would recommend this location!

Will I was always thought wow the name ritz Carlton itā€™s the best hotel ever but I stayed at there Orlando location it was really average not what I thought sometimes the name will fool you Iā€™m not saying the hotel was bad but for ritz was really average no big deal really.

So I stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was honestly a great experience! The staff was all very friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. The hotel and room were very clean :) and all the food we had was also so good! We will definitely be back soon :)
