Itā€™s near to all attractions and comfortable rooms but no facilities to users, they have no water and nowhere to eat or get anything, you have to go out if you need a bottle of water, unbelievable.

The place is under renovation but is not ready, kitchen doesnā€™t exist, they donā€™t even have bottle of water for guesses, if you donā€™t buy your water you will be thirsty all night, the place is an old building trying to be renovated, the sheets and pillows are hard uncomfortable , the A/C in the room was not working properly, the bathroomā€™s door do not close, is was damaged so no privacy when you go to The bathroom . Definitely it was like staying in a bad motel but fresh painted

The communication was not good. Staff members do not answer the texts that they suggest to communicate with. Our suite had two phones and neither worked to call the front desk. They do not offer complimentary coffee or water in the lobby, but you can purchase from the barista until 11am, if you want to spend $5 on a basic coffee. Drinks at the bar are extremely expensive, small hot tub area. The pool was nice.

Stayed for a weekend. Property very un taken care of, making property look dirty. Beds are very uncomfortable. Very thin walls, you could hear your neighbors conversations. Only good thing about this property is rooms were wood floors no carpet and the shower water pressure.

I really disliked the water pressure and water temperature of the shower. It never got hot. Also, the rooms were too cold even if we turned off the AC. Front desk workers were nice though.

I stayed 3D2N and physically notified the front desk that the room phone wasn't working. I also mentioned that there was a constant humming noise from the room beside mine. They said they placed a work order for both to be checked. No updates given by the 2nd afternoon, I went to the front desk again and then I was told that it may take days for the telephone company to check the phone and that they will send someone to check the noise. I checked out already and none of the issues were ever addressed.

I've been staying at The Point about once a year since I discovered it in 2018. I love it so much! The location is great. It's close enough to all the action in Orlando. The rooms are great. Pool area is excellent. Just love it!
