Welcome to the Ultimate Mouse House--the (second) happiest place on earth!

Located only seven miles from the Magic Kingdom, our Ultimate Mouse House allows you to come home to your own private Disney World each night. Full of life and color, our Disney-tastic attention to detail will make your children’s every moment magical. Walt Disney himself would approve of our lavishly themed children’s rooms—right down to the neon lighting in our Star Wars room and the Cinderella carriage beds in our princess room. And the Ultimate Mouse House is all set for your littlest ones. We not only provide two cribs, but a co-sleeper, a stroller, a baby jumper, two pack and plays, a baby swing, a high chair, a booster seat, and a baby potty.

This said, the Ultimate Mouse House isn’t only for children. The adults of your family will appreciate the high end furnishings and will dream Disney-worthy dreams on our luxury pillow top mattresses. Our Frozen and Beauty and the Beast themed master suites feature king sized beds and private bathrooms, with a fifth, Little Mermaid themed, queen sized bedroom.

Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with stoneware and flatware for twelve, along with every cooking utensil and small appliance imaginable. (Be sure to set aside at least one morning to make Mickey waffles with our Mickey waffle maker—you’ll find the waffle mix included in our generous amenities basket!) Outside, our enclosed lanai contains a large stainless grill and shaded dinner seating for twelve—complete with outdoor ceiling fans.

When it’s time for family fun, you’ll have your choice of our seven flat-screened HDTVs (all with Blu-Ray DVD players), our Nintendo Wii, free WIFI, plus all the fun in the garage—complete with ping-pong, foosball, skee-ball, and dozens of toys and games. And of course, it wouldn't be a family vacation in Florida without a pool and jacuzzi.

Finally, the Ultimate Mouse House offers many household amenities not offered by other rentals. We provide your toilet paper, your paper towels, your Tide detergent and Cascade dishwasher tablets, even your hand soap--because who wants to worry about these little necessities when on vacation? We even offer FREE telephone calls to the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: What kind of neighborhood is your home in?

A: The Ultimate Mouse House is located in the Estates sub-division of Legacy Park. It is a quiet, beautifully landscaped FAMILY-ORIENTED neighborhood. It is not a neighborhood for spring break parties.

Q: How many people can the Mouse House sleep?

A: The Mouse House has five bedrooms, with beds for 11 adults. There is also a queen sleep sofa, a crib, and a baby co-sleeper, for a MAXIMUM of thirteen adult people.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: We offer discounted rates on stays lasting a week or longer. However, that rate is automatically calculated when you input your projected dates into Homeaway. The rates shown are our "best rate" and we are not offering additional discounts at this time.

Q: Do you offer monthly rates?

A: Not at any rate less than our weekly rate, no.

Q: Is there a charge for pool heating?

A: The charge for pool heating ranges from $5 per day to $20 per day depending on the time of year. It costs a lot more to heat a pool in December. In summer months the pool is very warm even without heating, particularly if you use the solar cover.

Q: I saw the ceiling fans in the master bedrooms. Is your home air conditioned?

A: Absolutely! The Ultimate Mouse House has central air conditioning and the converted games room has its own separate air conditioning unit. It also has ceiling fans in both master bedrooms, simply because that seems to be a Southern thing.

Q: What are the check in and check out times?

A: Check in is at 3 PM, and check out is at 10 AM.

Q: Who gives us our keys? What if we're driving and don't know exactly when we will arrive?

A: No worries! The Ultimate Mouse House has a "smart door" and doesn't use keys. Upon booking you will select a numeric code that I will activate on your arrival day and delete after you leave. Just enter the code on the electronic deadbolt. No keys to worry about. :)

Q: Who do we contact if something goes wrong during your stay?

A: Everyone staying at my Ultimate Mouse House is given my direct, personal cell phone number. I'm available any time, day or night. I really love what I do.

This was a great place to stay off site if you’re visiting Disney. My only complaint was the pool was very green and hot tub temp was low the first two days of our stay. Pool cleaner came and pool/hot tub were great the rest of our trip.

Cute Property Close to Disney
This is a great property for a girls trip to disney! The rooms were well themed and comfortable, everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub were lifesavers after long days walking in the park. One thing to keep in mind is that the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, only floor fans, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

A wonderful home
Our family loved our week long stay in this home. It was super clean and perfectly situated. Our kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a peaceful respite. I also loved how the iPhone application had so much information about the home. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive whenever we had questions. It's quite clear that the owner has carefully considered how to make this house wonderful for vacationing families. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was great very spacious, there was supposed to be a welcome basket according to online and we didn’t get one, you couldn’t mess with the thermostat, wash cloths and towels were provided but there was only a total of 5 with 3 full bathrooms. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed the stay. Just wished the property owner communicated better with me.

Amazing!
This was our first time renting a house while on vacation. We were a total of 9 in our group and this house was so perfect! We all had our own space and the way Jillian has decorated is so awesome! We didn't tell our kids where we were staying because it was a surprise and The looks on our kids faces were priceless when they walked in! The girls felt like princesses in the princess bedroom. I cannot thank you enough for everything. We truly had an amazing vacation. We will definitely rent this house again! Melissa

Ultimate Mouse House, the BEST Orlando attraction
Our family just enjoyed an amazing memory filled, three generation vacation at the Ultimate Mouse House. There was enough space for us to all dine and relax together, and also enough space for everyone to have quiet time when needed. The house was so homey, the beds and linens were luxuriously comfortable. The recreation options in the house alone could occupy kids for days. The neighborhood is quiet, but the surrounding area is bustling with restaurants and shopping. Two of our favorite activities ended up being just up the road. Showcase of Citrus was fun for the whole family and Lake Louisa State Park has so many things to do that it would have taken more than one day! Jillian has created the ultimate family vacation home. I can't say enough good things about it to family and friends.

The pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, there were stains on the rugs, the closet doors were off the tracks, the pool was cold and the outside tables were dirty, there was wholes in the walls, duct tape held one of the toilet seats together, many lightbulbs were out. We didn’t get the door keys until just a couple of hours prior to check in time. Communication with the host was poor. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Loved this Mouse House
Went for Christmas 2022. Things started off not so great as I noticed as we pulled up and noticed the door code had not been added to the app. I called the owner and she immediately gave us the code, and mentioned she had been sick (which made things not so bad). We loved the house and all the themed rooms, there was even a Christmas tree! There were toys in the garage for my 1 year old to play with as well as stuff for my older children to do. We skipped the pool because it was really cold, in the 40s and 50s, but it also look very nice and refreshing. The only thing I would change is the distance from parks, it was at least a 30 minute drive to the parks

Themed Well Yet Disappointed with Quality/Functionality
My family booked this as a last minute option due to its cute Disney theme. It’s evident the owner has put effort into making this a true Mouse House - the beauty and the beast room was my favorite and my niece loved the princess room. Although themed very well making it a fun house for families - my family was disappointed in some of the functionality and quality of them place - light switches didn’t work/lights wouldn’t turn on, kitchen faucet fallen off, not enough towels for the bathrooms, outside door to pool wouldn’t lock (although a board was put in place to keep it closed - made us nervous if kids moved it), floors were dirty (feet/socks were black after walking), cockroach in garage, stained carpet, pool area looked untouched for a long time, there was duct tape holding together a cracked toilet seat, and we had to replace batteries in remotes to get them to work. Overall, likely my family would not book again but believe this place would be an excellent place if some time and attention where put to it as it has great potential (set up, kid friendliness, space, location to activities, theme, open layout, etc.)

my overall impression with this house was good....if you are looking for disney themed this is the house for you... its everywhere...there were some issues that needed looking after but after we fixed them ..we settled in and it was a great stay...there is lots of room for everyone and its very open ...the location is excellent...publix.. pharmacy... gas station.. ice cream place are all within a 5 minute drive..the one issue i had was i have difficulty with stairs and hills and the drive way at this house is not a "slight incline"... its a very steep hill and we parked our car on the street... anyone with mobility issues would not do well with this laneway...some of the things that were in the pictures were not in the house... (the princess beds did not have netting on them and that was one of the reasons i rented it for the grandchildren) so that was a disappointment. and the pool area and furniture need replacing.. but overall the house is a great place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone. i would stay there again except for the laneway. It was just too hard with my breathing and mobility ...but it is definitely a good place to stay

Spectacular house!!!
This house was everything I hoped it would be! It was myself, my parents, and my 3 children and it was awesome having our own space to spread out. It was impossible to get the kids out of the pool. They wanted to leave WDW to come back to the house they were having so much fun! Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Lots of towels and a ton of beach towels for the pool. The games were great and we loved having TV's in all the rooms as well. All bedrooms are on main level except the Beauty and the Beast master bedroom which is upstairs. That suite is all that's upstairs. Was a super easy drive to the parts and we never had any traffic. Jillian is amazing with communication if you have any questions. I'm sure she was sick of me by the time we left. Just make sure you use your parking break in the driveway as its a very steep driveway. I've already had several friends ask for the link to this house cause they want to stay their too! You will not regret choosing this house! One final thing that I loved is the bedding. I noticed a lot of rental homes had bedding that reminded me of an old hotel. The comforters on the beds were very lush and bedding was very soft! We will definitely stay in this house again!

Misleading Pool Description
The listing advertised a heated pool and hot tub. My children were very excited to swim and sit in the hot tub. When we arrived both the pool and hot tub were very cold. I messaged the owner and was told if we wanted to pool and hot tub heated we had to message her a couple days prior to have the heater turned on. To run the heater for the pool and hot tub was also an additional $20/day. We did not know any of this until after we arrived. We were disappointed and frustrated that we were never told we had to request the heated pool be heated! I messaged the owner to see if the heater could then be turned on and never got a reply. This house has a lot of potential, but needs a little TLC. There were many lights that didn’t work including the only kitchen light, main living room light, the pink princess room light, and the vanity light in the frozen master bathroom. We had to bring a lamp into the kitchen for light and I used my flashlight on my phone to do my makeup in the master frozen bathroom. The Wii remotes didn’t work and we couldn’t find any board games that were advertised. The kitchen facet was broken as well. There was no welcome basket. The outside area was also very dirty. With a little extra care this could be a great place to stay, just needs a little work and more accurate listing.

Clean, with lots to do to keep kids occupied
For our trip to Disney, we stayed at the Ultimate Mouse House with my husband and our 3 kids, ages 4, 2, and 2 months, his parents, and his brother & his family (5 kids ages 5-13). We had plenty of room, and there were lots of amenities for the kids to enjoy. The pool was awesome! It is not heated but the solar cover keeps it so warm! We enjoyed it and the hot tub after long days in the park. The kids enjoyed the game room, especially the ping pong table and the toys that were there. I feel like this house is great for families with kids of all ages. It was super nice to have a place for our 2 month old to sleep without us having to bring extra equipment. The house was very clean upon our arrival, but there were several minor things broken or damaged in some way when we arrived. Just little things, like blinds, chairs, a closet door, and lamps that were damaged but still functional. I did message the property owner to let her know about those things in case she wasn’t aware, but I didn’t get a response. We also didn’t have a “welcome basket”, but there were things like soap, detergent, and dryer sheets there for us. Not a big deal, just not what the description says. Overall, this was a great place for us, and if we go to Disney with our whole family again like that, I would stay here again if we could!

This house is not what it seems the owner txt me while I was 20 min away from the home to tell Me that just the bed lenning need to be washed and house was not cleaned and that she would refund me . But I said if it’s just the lemmings that need to be clean I would do it . I arrived the the complex . Couldn’t e en recognize the house Bc the grass was soo high . When I final found the house the door go to the house was already opened walking it in it was trashed looked like it wasn’t it toched in moths things were broken the house was hot as hell and better yet the cherry on top ! There was no running water in the house as well It looked like no one has attended to the house in years . Even the neighbors we’re shock that some one has rented the place .. overall mess I was stranded because the house was not stay able I had my 2 month old with me and it was just stressfulll we ended up leaving the same day almost 24 hours out in the street ! Shouldn’t b renting it out to ppl if yu are not gana keep the house kept it up to date !

We chose this house because it looked fantastic and the reviews were excellent. The house was very roomy and beds were comfortable. The house was pretty clean other than a few dirty dishes that were pulled from the cabinet, and the bathrooms could have used some attention(and only had a couple of towels and wash cloths in each) . We were disappointed that the welcome basket was not there when we arrived, but I sent a message and was told it would be there first thing the next morning, it never came. (there was someone there all day that day) The hot tub wouldn't heat up, so I sent 2 messages asking how to work it, thinking I might be missing something and did not receive an answer. I went to do a load of laundry and there were 3 bottles of laundry detergent to choose from EXCEPT they were all empty. I also had to go shopping for bath tissue, paper towels,trash bags and dish soap. There was detergent for the dishwasher but not for the sink if you only have a couple of things to wash. And the pool was very nice AFTER the leaves and bugs were removed,( because of the huge tear in the screen).We went to fire up the grill and BOTH propane tanks were empty. After not getting any results with the first couple of issues I didn't even try to contact her on the others. I have to say we all were really disappointed in the house and wouldn't request to stay again. Hopefully this helps to fix some issues so the next guests may have a better stay than we did.

Great House close to Parks!
Great house clean and large. Super comfy beds and 5 themed rooms. Kids loved Princess and Star Wars Rooms. Has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Great pool and hot tub. Pool was supposed to be heated but still felt quite cold even after msging host on 1st day. There are some cosmetic updates needed like broken lights, blinds, wii system/game discs and games in the garage but nothing that ruined our stay. Communication with the host was horrible I had issues with this from a month before making the whole lead up to our vacation very stress filled for me. Finally heard from the host the day before our checkin after reaching out to VRBO to assist. Almost a perfect stay if communication with the host would have been better.

PROS: this house has everything you need. Honestly. Everything you need as if you live there. This is NOT an old crusty place. Most— if not all— the things are new. Washer & dryer m, even laundry soap. Plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Gas grill & charcoal. Cookware & utensils. Huge pool & hot tub at no extra charge. CONS: some of the tvs did not work (NEW TVS but previous ppl broke them) The incline drive way but hey I live upstairs so not that big of a deal. The grass needed cutting.

My stay
Property was nice. The owner was quick to respond and was nice My grandkids loved the pool. My suggestions for the owner to make a binder of how to turn things on and where things are. In the binder I would put things to do around town and the distance for those places. Let them know where the grocery store are and restaurants are.
