Our stay was fun, and the place has the potential to be very nice. There were a few shortcomings we didn’t enjoy, but overall it was a good stay. We couldn’t find any wash clothes or dish towels, it didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well previously, and the grill didn’t work. We actually went & bought a small charcoal grill, and left it for the next guests. We also had no idea working remotes for any tv except the living room, it wasn’t an huge inconvenience since we all like to watch tv together as a family. Other than the lack of towels/rags, slight messiness, and grill it was fantastic. Very relaxing. The private pool is great! All the beds & the couch were super comfy.

We stayed for 5 nights. Property is centrally located and well appointed. It had most anything we would need. Only downside we encountered was the gas grill was really not usable. It looks like it had a grease fire and was black and nasty, there was also no propane. Only other issue was the sliding door to the pool dies not lock. I emailed the rental company the morning after we arrived and never received a reply and the door was not fixed while we were there. We took anything of value with us since the unit could not be secured. Once that is corrected we would stay here again. The resort was quiet and not crowded and easy to get most places from here.

Great spot close to attractions
It was a great place. Lived up to our expectations. Enjoyed a relaxing day hanging out there as well as the convenience to WDW. We were at the parks in less than 30 minutes every morning. Easy location to get groceries and supplies. Provided everything as described on site. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing. The kids loved the pool and the disney themed bedroom. My wife and i love all the space everyone had to relax. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. We would rent it again in a heartbeat

We needed a quick, inexpensive booking close to sea world. Was perfect for our 11 person party and well behaved dogs. Personal pool was a nice addition. Wish we had longer to stay, sure beats having to book a hotel.

Definitely would recommend
We stayed with a family of 7. The property was nice and we had no complaints other than the pool wasn't very hot at first after paying the extra to heat it. We called and within an hour someone was there adjusting it. The temperature was awesome the rest of the time there. The community pool and clubhouse was pretty awesome too. I would definitely recommend staying at the unit in the future.

Overall good stay. The carpet could use replacing. Very stained. There wasn't any hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Issue checking in at the front but got resolved fairly quickly. The private pool was nice to have. The community pool area was very nice.

Excelente para familia!
Estuvimos con la familia entera 2 días en año nuevo para visitar Magic Kingdom y fue muy cómoda la estadía . La casa tiene 3 cuartos con 3 baños completos . Y un sofá cama muy cómodo . En uno de los cuatros hay 2 literas con unas camas adionales debajo de cada uno . En ese cuarto ubicamos a todos los niños y ellos disfrutaron mucho dormir juntos . Está en kissimmie así que hay muchos sitios para comer y cerca de Disney . Fuimos en total 11 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa .

There were 2 smoke detectors ripped from the ceiling. Carpets were stained and nasty everywhere. upstairs bedroom has a rip in the curtain and dirty stained carpet/ Pool was disgusting and slimy and gritty on the bottom. Lights did not work in laundry room and several bulbs out in different rooms along with outside porch light. Pots and pans were old and deteriorated. Grill outside was nasty and dirty. The property has limited food and super expensive for what you get. The property pics in advertisement shows lake view and we had no view. Just a small outdoor patio looking towards another property small outdoor pool area. This property needs a good cleaning and to stop false advertising. The only good thing I can say about the property is the location and closeness to Disney attractions.

Good location, good home, but not well maintained, walls were all dirty, pool was dirty, furniture was damaged beds were very uncomfortable even with the extra foam added and AC not cooling enough. All it needs is good maintenance and this can ya five star..

We spent spring break with another family and had a blast at Paradise Palms. The rental, check in and check out were easy peasy. The house was clean, had all the needed amenities and was a great place to land at the end of each day.
