Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

Great little gem.

Good trip
There was a hot tub issue and a thermostat problem. Upon arrival. These were quickly addressed in. The remainder of the day was really good. The only issue was the daily traffic jams to get to selected golf courses.. Overall, a very nice property.

Great Disney vacation spot
We spent 5 days here but only went to Disney for two days. It was so nice to have a place to just hang out and relax on those other days. The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool. I loved the master bed and bath. The only downside was there were no cleaning supplies like soap or extra trash bags, so you will want to pack/buy some of those.

Disney Vacation
Our family of six had a wonderful stay at the home. We were only a 30 minute drive from all the Disney parks at which we spent the majority of our days. After long days at the park, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub for an hour or so before we had to retire to bed and rest up for the following day. I would have loved to spend more time at the house to enjoy more of the pool and peace & quiet in this quaint little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House, quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities
Just home from a great stay at the Villa Tuscan Ridge. Home was immaculate and exactly how it is pictured online. Michelle was great to deal with. Property was beautiful, clean, fully stocked and just great. Lots of pool toys and floats for the our daughter, pack and play and high chair on site and in great condition! Pool could use some work as it is a little rough on the feet, but overall an amazing stay! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!

JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR!
The house was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with a private screened in pool, at the very back of a quiet neighborhood. We came for the weather, not the attractions, so we spent almost the entire month at the house. Everything was supplied, towels, bedding, complete kitchen - we had only to buy the food! Laura and Gavin were readily available with any problems or questions we had. We will definitely come back!

absolutely spot on
we stayed here for 5 weeks and everything was perfect.... spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything you could think of was provided. The property's position was perfect for all the parks etc. Neighbours were all very nice - we ordered something from Prime but put wrong house number and they brought it round to us........... very nice people. Property cannot be faulted in our opinion.......... Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful house in a great area
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We used the pool and hot tub daily. House is about 30-45 minutes from most attractions. Only negative is that the two back bedrooms got so hot at night. Those rooms need a ceiling fan or something, it did not make for a good nights sleep. We even used the 2 box fans from the garage and it didn’t help much.

Place was beutiful but they decided to charge me for a gas grill that i didnt even have time to use do to doing disney other parks ect...for them to tell me i still had to pay for something i never used i would not recommand this place to noone .

We went from Germany to Davenport in July with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The house was good. Lots of space. Everything you need is available. The beds were comfortable. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. A supermarket is nearby (5 minutes). The children love playing billiards and table tennis in the garage. The communication with was great. Laura always answered quickly. She solved minor problems. Thank you.

August 2023 stay
The villa is in an amazing location, extremely peaceful. The only 'distraction' was the wonderful sight of hot air balloons passing over some mornings. We stayed for 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The villa was very comfortable and the pool and deck were excellent. The pool was a perfect temperature with no separate heat. We spent lots of time in the games room. There were some signs of wear, to be expected for a vacation rental, that would have benefitted from some attention, for example, a few missing blind slats. This made it harder to keep some rooms cool. Laura was very responsive to our questions and the small welcome pack was very helpful after a late arrival. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

One nice week
Everything has already been said about the location and facilities of the house in previous reviews. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Minor issues were resolved immediately by Laura. We give four stars because the house could use some renovation in some places.

Enjoyable Stay
Very clean property, with easy access, and pretty much as advertised. Area very quite just off H27 where there are a couple of Publix supermarkets and a Walmart a bit further up past the 192. Just myself and wife so plenty of room. Have done the parks many times over the years, and now just go for relaxing or seeing things away from disney. They are easy to get to, though universal a bit further away. We did have a few issues, but this never really spoiled our holiday. Communication with Laura was good, and though we never asked, she did compensate us. Would recommend.

Amazing family holiday
Overall we had a fantastic time at the villa. The location was good for getting to all the parks and was situated in a nice quiet location. Amenities were all a short drive. The pool and games room were well received and a welcome break after days in the parks. Despite the high temperatures outside we were kept nice and cool with the air con. Would definitely come again.

Summer Holiday
The house is in a great location, close to all the major attractions, roads and plenty of restaurants, various shops/supermarkets and take-aways nearby. House overall is fine however it is in need of abit of tlc, we had some pool/lanai issues which were sorted very quickly and although some parts of the pool surround was replaced there is still areas needing attention as it is letting in flies/spiders to the pool. The hot tub area needs a good clean and the cover replaced, we never used it because of this.

Good stay
Although there was a hiccup (A/C not working), host took care of us quickly. House was nice and clean. The only setbacks would be that the pool cleaners, although it says it in their handbook, walked into lanai without knocking or making their presence known. The other minor issue was that there was little to no cooking pans if you wanted to cook. Other than these issues, stay was comfortable, we felt safe and any other issues were addressed immediately.
