✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the large driveway, with additional free on street parking. Up to 5 cars are approved in the community with your stay.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and stroller. We can also provide babysitter recommendations.

✹ PETS: We love our furry friends, but we have a no-pet policy.

✹ Bathrooms - Our bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. We also provide toilet paper in every bathroom.

✹ Heated Pool and Spa (not a hot tub) - Relax in our heated pool, maintained at a constant 86 degrees, the perfect temperature for year-round swimming. Additionally, our spa jets are controlled by you! Pool heating is provided free of charge. Please note that in very cold weather (below 55ºF or 13ºC), the pool heater cannot maintain the temperature at 86ºF and will be turned off until the outside temperature is once again above 55ºF or 13ºC. The spa has the same water temp as the pool.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available – a personalized keypad code will be provided.

✹ Guests are to use bunk beds at their own risk.

✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

✹ Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins, late check-outs, or both, can be requested. We will accommodate these requests, provided we don’t have a same-day check-in/out as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our meticulous, professional standards.

✹ Please note that the home has an external video doorbell at the front door, a spotlight camera over the pool equipment, and a spotlight camera over the driveway. We do not actively monitor these devices and there are no other cameras at the property.

✹ IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our guests, our property, and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations in Florida, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification after booking with us.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be contacted via email and/or text by SUPERHOG to complete the verification.
IMPORTANT: You will also be given the OPTION to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver (just $35). This will cover you in case of accidental damage during your reservation for up to $500 but it completely optional. This will form part of our check-in process.
