My husband & I found a great deal for a quick birthday getaway. The price for 2 nights was an absolute plus. We arrived on time for check-in. Our room was clean, the hallways smelled fresh, and the cleaning staff were super friendly. We did not receive daily room service, which is perfectly fine by us, but if we needed anything, the hotel was more than accomodating. The morning breakfast was light and very simple (bagels, muffins, juice.) The parking lot was open and brightly lit. The only con- was the elevator. For it to only have 2 elevators - only one seemed to be working mostly & even that one became stuck with us, a few other guests, and a local law enforcement officer. Quite interesting indeed, but it didn't effect our wonderful trip!

The lobby is nice. The breakfast was average. The room was not the greatest just over painted and didn’t appear clean looking . The bathroom was grose. The shower was peeling all over, it appeared to have mold..just room looked old and they tried to update and failed.

Good experience only thing to note the breakfast is very basic they call it a bagel breakfast nothing hot like sausage or eggs also no fruits. But a good stay for a short vacation.

The bagel bar breakfast got old quick but it was ok and the woman working the breakfast area was on top of things . 1 of the 2 elevators was broke down for most of our 6 day stay so that took extra time getting up and down . I didnt see anybody use the little pool but i suppose it would have worked for a dip . Over-all i would not stay here again but you do get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel so .

First time staying at a Spark Hotel. The good - the bagel bar breakfast was good, and overall the room was clean. The location to the OCCC was nice. The bad - I knew that it was a budget friendly Hilton brand but it felt cheap and old. The water got warm, not hot. The floor was uncomfortably firm, felt like standing on concrete. The provided soap/shampoo/conditioner felt like wax and I would definitely recommend bringing your own. Lastly, the bedroom and bathroom door collided with each other and were awkward to operate.

Property needs some TLC. Hotel was decent for a one night stay. I got the king size suite, which I couldn’t use the living room area because there was no TV. Would I stay there again most likely no.

Definitely not the Hilton standard. The oversight of the room that I stayed in was very poor. Missing shower soap, Night light in bathroom not working, Paint peeling on one bathroom wall, toilet seat very loose, batteries in remote for tv dead, had to request cleanup of room in the afternoon of the 3rd day on third day, no microwave in room. When some of these issues were conveyed to front desk the first-time only batteries in remote were replaced and night light was removed. Nothing else was addressed. Based on this experience I would not stay at a Hilton again. Very poor-quality control.

No microwave in the rooms. Had to go on the first floor to use the microwave. No gym. Wanted to ask for a later check out, which is at 12pm. They denied it and when I went back to my room, they had already checked me out at 11am. Laundry was expensive for one wash. Breakfast was not a real breakfast. Bagels and cereal.

The receptionist Jackie had a very bad attitude, because I had two packages delivered from Amazon, she signed for one of the packages and A. Pamada signed for the other package. The package that Jackie signed for could not be found until I informed her that I will contact cooperate if the package if I don't receive the package. Jackie yelled at me, she kept cutting me off, ws was very disrespectful (during our conversation she called me "child"), and she hung-up the phone on me. No customer should ever be treated the was that Jackie treated me. I will never stat at this hotel, because of Jackie's disgusting attitude. I called cooperate and they stated that they will conduct an investigation.
