Head to Sunny Central Florida and stay in this GORGEOUS 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in the lovely and quiet Acadia Estates Gated Community, just 3 MILES from Walt Disney World! This 3400 sq. ft home has EVERYTHING you need for a fabulous family vacation! Amenities include high-end furnishings, spacious rooms, open concept design, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, large smart flat-screen TVs, wireless internet, theatre, game room, pool, hot tub, toddler pool and steam shower!

There are 3 king bed master suites with private bathrooms! The downstairs master suite has a renovated bathroom that is handicap friendly with an enormous zero-entry roll-in shower! In addition to the two upstairs king master suites, there is a queen bedroom, a beautiful princess room and a Harry Potter room (no Muggles allowed)! In the upstairs loft, you will feel like you are in a galaxy far away within Star Wars, with an extra bed, trundle, and Star Wars arcade! The upstairs hallway bathroom with an enormous steam shower serve the queen bedroom and kids rooms. All linens and towels are supplied and you will have full access to the washing machine and dryer on the main level.

The kitchen is perfect if you love to cook on your vacation! (And it's also perfect if you GrubHub a delicious meal from one of the 100+ restaurants within 5 miles!). The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas range, spacious granite countertops, and large cabinetry fully stocked with everything you could need.

Hang out or relax in the Theatre and Game Room! With four reclining chairs and a large flat-screen TV, it's the perfect place to enjoy a movie with the family. There is also an arcade game console and pool table in this popular room!

After a great day at the parks, stay in vacation mode while enjoying the gorgeous pool, hot tub and toddler pool splash area! Lounge poolside in the deck chairs, custom cabana and enjoy a meal or snacks at the lanai table under the ceiling fan ... and don't forget the Smart TV! This is our favorite place to be! The pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day.

Acadia Estates is a community of 32 beautiful homes tucked away on a single street and lined with mature shade trees. Access the community through a coded entrance gate, equipped with cameras for added security. Not only is this home a 5-minute drive to Disney, but it is also around the corner from Route 192, where you can find every type of restaurant, grocery store, and shopping you can imagine! Universal Studios is 16 miles away and Sea World is 12 miles away and Busch Gardens Tampa is 60 miles away. If you are heading outside of Orlando, check out the Space Coast for the Kennedy Space Center, East Coast Atlantic Beaches or the breathtaking West Coast Gulf Shore Beaches.

Wonderful family place to stay near Disney
This small gated community is a great place to stay. Location in relation to Disney is wonderful as well as a lot of other amenities. Pool area could have been cleaner, but Hurricane Milton just went through and that may have had an effect. We loved our stay here.

We had a wonderful weeks stay. Owner was quick to respond with questions/concerns we had. He even had someone drop off extra paper towels when we ran out. The house was stocked pretty good. Could use a few more kitchen utensils but had the essentials. The house was pretty clean and smelled cleaned when walking in. Thats a huge plus for me. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The layout is great. Floors, counter surfaces, bedding and toilets were clean but I feel like it could use a deep clean...(shower floors could use a good scrubbing, inside of microwave, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc were very dusty). That being said, I'm pretty OCD about cleaning so my standards are high...but we would DEFINITELY stay again. We played pool in the game room once and enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub nightly. Having those private amenities was so nice. We all would recommend staying here with a large group. We had 8 guests ranging from ages 10-47. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to coming back!

We rented this house to spend New Year's with our family since we traveled from NY and it was the best thing we could do. This house is magical, its rooms take you to another place, they are beautiful. Everything was super clean and organized. Location is great. Everyone enjoyed the pool and SIL, with 2 knees replaced several months ago, loved the hot tub. Great table space in dining room with really nice leather seats. Same table and same chairs replicated in the kitchen area. LOTS of TVs for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable seating. Convenient 3 suites for adults. Kids had lots to entertain them in this house and loved the decorated bedrooms. Good contact with hosts, also. Great house for a large family or a reunion of several families!

Wonderful Property (but needs a good clean!)
We stayed for two weeks in the property with my family (2 adults and kids ages 8 & 11), my parents and one family friend. It was a great property for a large group! Everyone had their space, their own bathrooms and it was a bonus that 3 of the rooms had king sized beds. The mobility accessible bathroom on the main floor was a great bonus for my parents. Kitchen was well stocked and anything we needed was provided by the gentlemen in the neighborhood who were awesome! Location was also perfect. Close to Disney parks and groceries/restaurants without being noisy. You can faintly hear fireworks at night but that's about it. Lots for the kids to do, though the pool was by far their favorite. They loved the Harry Potter room and the video game upstairs and pool table was great fun. Some not so great things... the property REALLY needed a good deep clean. There was lots of dust, windows were pretty gross and just cleaning in general was done on more of a surface level. It needs a really good clean. One area that was super clean though was the pool which was great. One of the bathrooms had a sink and shower that weren't draining well which we did inform the property manager when we left so hopefully that's fixed now. The large TV in the pool table room wasn't working and neither was the video game in there so it was really used for just the pool table. Overall great property! Would stay again if it had some minor repairs and a really good cleaning!

House was great, very spacious. Host was very communicative and answered all questions. Easy commute to and from all Disney parks. Really enjoyed the gated, private community. Only suggestion is that the house could use a deep clean. There was lots of dust on the fans, blinds and light fixtures. The floor could use a good wet mop. Also, the pool needs a skimmer/brush. There was some debris in the pool and algae growth that we were not able to remove since there were no tools. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again!
