Scam scam scam beware
This listing is a scam! This address is to a clubhouse for a private complex. I am still fighting to get my money back!!!! They stole my money and hotels.com has been impossible at helping me! This should be illegal! This was a guaranteed booking and the company that listed it is not even real and their number is disconnected.

Don't plan on using appliances or sleeping.
We arrived at what we thought was a short stay condo complex, no some people are permanent residents. That wouldn't have been a big deal, except one house had their toddler baby gated on their patio. The couple next to us was drunk or stoned the entire time and had screaming matches between midnight and 6:30 am. At one point around 2am the lady fell down the steps and laid there crying. The cook top on the stove did not work properly, so cooking was out of the question. The dishwasher didn't drain the water, so when we ran it there was stinky, standing water in it. The dryer didn't dry the clothes, so one of the loads of clothes smelled like mildew by the time they dried. The shower had no water pressure and the safe in the master bedroom was locked shut but beeped the entire time. The fire extinguisher was last inspected in 2012.
