Too many misconceptions
first impression of the booking was ok, then the unsolicited text and email messages started from the management company. It was overwhelming, everything from rules to marketing sales pitches. The apartment was clean, the furniture is dated and main bedroom bed, was not good. The due to the thin walls, you can hear the neighbors above and beside you at all times. My final straw was that I requested to extend my stay on a week-to-week basis with the AGREEMENT that I would not be charged an additional cleaning fees. The owner said no problem and extended my stay. I never saw a bill! When I checked my credit card, I was charged the same fee as the previous week with a 125 cleaning fee. I contacted the owner who said he would review it immediately. Two days later, I had not seen or heard anything. I again politely requested the owner review and correct the bill. I was promised it would be reviewed and corrected asap and a bill would be forwarded to me. Two days later, I politely made the same request and was promised the same review and correction. Still nothing and I stopped getting responses, so I checked out instead of extending on the week-to-week basis as originally discussed. I have never to this day received a bill and was charged more than the agreed pricing. Be LEERY!!
