Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day.

Great accommodation
The resort was very nice and very very close to the Disney attractions, anything you may need is in walking distance and there is a Walmart across the street. There are about 9 pools including a water park. We stayed in the most basic room and thought it was nice. We even stayed an extra day by booking through the hotel. Steve's communication was great and he was always available.

The room we stayed in was great! Especially loved the fluffy pillows and the "rain" shower, great water pressure. It was very nice to have a kitchen. The pools were lovely and we especially enjoyed the steal drum musician and island drinks at the pool bar. The Italian Chophouse restaurant was outstanding! My only complaint is that we didn't realize that a lot of the fun activities at the hotel we needed to pay for. We had assumed that the water park, swan boats, and miniature golf was part of the hotel stay fee. I would make that known in the hotel description. Also, the train ride was under repair and that was disappointing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Close to Epcot, very big resort with alot to offer and the rooms were very very big. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future travel.

The room itself was nice and as described, however the Wi-Fi on the property had to be purchased and was horrible and didn't work. I ended up getting a refund on the Wi-Fi. Also you cannot bring your own streaming devices such as fire stick, or a Roku as it is not permitted on the property.

I’ve stayed at a different Westgate property last summer and there was definitely a difference in the cleanliness and service. Not very clean Dirty sheets and shower. We will not return to this location.

Great location and property
Great place to stay, especially if you are visiting the parks. Property has everything you need inside: store, restaurant, coffee shop and Ice cream shop. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Host was easy to communicate with.

Staying here was so nice and relaxing! Plenty to do on property, you honestly don't even have to leave the resort. The check in time was long took us about an hour to check in but we also got to check in 2 hours early so definitely not complaining lol All staff was so nice and very attentive! Will definitely be booking again soon.

The resort was very nice, and the amenities were great. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The sliding glass door was the only thing that needed some exterior cleaning, but the interior was spotless. It is a timeshare resort so there were a lot of families and a big turnover. But it was quiet at night, and everyone was very friendly. I was there for an extended stay of two weeks, and the management moved me to another unit about a week in, due to scheduled maintenance on the building I was in. They upgraded me to a very large, very nice unit at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

NOT AT ALL LIKE PICS
The condo was more like a small hotel room not as large as appealing as the photos. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were NEVER informed there would NOT BE SHUTTLE SERVICE due to COVID 19.......which we had reserved a year in advance. Had to pay for Uber Service to and from Disneyworld. Requested the owner to reimburse for this extra expense but he said HE WOULD NIT. Communication between the resort and condo owner was a challenge. You had to do all the communicating they wouldn’t do it themselves. Very unsatisfied all around. Wouldn’t recommend staying at Westgste Resort to anyone.

The rental is very nice and clean, however what sets this place apart is the service. From the front desk on you feel like you are the most valuable guest on the property. They are on it!
