Staff at check in was best thing about property. Rooms were not like pictures, not even close. We had 2 rooms. Peeling paint, water dripping from one ceiling, no blankets on bed, just one single sheet. Stained carpet. One bed the whole side was so bad person rolled off bed. Stained bathtub, mold one ceiling. Horrible mold smell. We left.

The room wasn't dirty, but the faucet was leaking all night, we had to ask for sheets because they had some sort of a mattress topper without sheets on it and i was not going to lay on that without anything covering it. The breakfast was horrible, Juice machine was broken. All they had was coffee and one mini muffin. Would not recommend it.

Worst hotel I’ve been to by far … pimps prostitution marijuana smoking on premises. Roaches in room I killed z5 within 4 hours and changed rooms and killed 2 more .. cable connection horrible roof leaks … non smoking rooms still smell like smoke ..

The location of the hotel is very convenient, incredibly close to Universal Studios, and very affordable. Unfortunately, the actually room are dirty, damaged, graffitied, buf-ridden, and the amenities are barebone. Wouldn't recommend.

First off I called earlier in the day to let them know I would be checking in around 9:30pm plus messaged them two days prior. When I got there they guy behind the desk said my reservations were cancelled till the over night guy came in and was extremely helpful after checking into the room it was covered in black mold never will I go back the place looked nothing likes it’s online pictures faucet leaking and the place was extremely run down and dirty

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel room. Our hotel door did not close all the way and had to put a chair in front of the door so no one could get in, the bed sheets had burn holes and stains. There was mold in the bathroom, no towels and when we asked 3 times to get towels they said they would bring some and never did just to find out they were completely out of towels. The pool does not work (they don’t keep up on it) the pictures shown on Expedia for this hotel was when they first opened as they don’t keep up with the place. Very dirty. It also said they have breakfast available and they only had coffee out. Safety wise, did not feel safe and neither did the rest of my group feel safe either. Overall, very unsatisfied and will not be booking there again!

There was nothing pleasant about this hotel room. Dirty isnt even what i would call it....questionable and mysterious stains on the beds...both, and on the shower curtain, dirty footprints in the tub!?! Like what even is that, how does that happen?! 😳 Bugs, sketchy people hanging around outside. The ONLY positive is that it was close to the event we attended. That is the ONLY thing....not the location though, as far as the area of town. SKETCHY.

Microwave tettering on half wall. Outlets without covers. Paint chipping from wall. We left and booked another hotel. I suggest Expedia remove this property from their site. We had our 16 month old with us and the room alone was very unsafe. Pool is also indefinitely shut down.

This property advertised free breakfast, yet their juice and coffee machine was down, and they only offered one singular granola bar to substitute. There was a roach in the hotel. It was noisy. They advertised a pool, but the pool was green, gross, and the area smelled like someone died recently. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Towels didn't smell clean. Found a was of hair in the shower before I ever used it.

The bathroom had no curtain. The ceiling plaster was literally falling into the bath tub. Some of the electrical outlets did no work and others the plug would come out by themselves. There were no garbage cans and the doors did not work properly. There were no blankets and the drawers on the cabinets were broken. Will never stay here again.
