Located in the quiet an private community of Calabria at Westside. Close to major highways, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Very close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Family-friendly activities.
The living room is spacious to accommodate the entire family, has a 75" smart Tv.
The kitchen is completely furnished with new cookwares.
The bedrooms offer Clean linens, clean soft towels.
the bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioners, Liquid body wash, bars soap and toilet papers.
The game room with an amazing Epoxy flooring, Pool table, Chess&checkers table, Foosball table, Playstation 4, Dart Board etc...

Great Home for a trip with the Family!
We stayed 12 nights at this Home and it was all we could expect and more. We have stayed at many vacation homes in this area over past 15 years and this was the best. The Home was spacious for my Family and very clean. The pool and spa were great especially after 30k steps in Disney and Universal. My kids loved shooting pool and playing Foosball at night. Each room was well maintained and had its own little touches, and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. All the theme parks were within 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and plenty of shopping near by including Publix Walgreens etc etc. Lastly the communication with the Hist Vladenir was excellent as he responded quickly to any concerns. Will be hoping this home is available again next summer

Just what we needed!
Everyone enjoyed the home and all its comforts! The home was exactly as listed. All we added was food and ourselves. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the shaded lanai. More than enough room for everyone to relax. Javier, maintenance guy, was very pleasant and his activity suggestions were very helpful. Will definitely book again!

Not as Advertised; Will not stay again!
Worst VRBO experience we’ve had…only after sending multiple messages to the owner, who promised to send us checkin info, and us finally calling VRBO for help, did we receive check in/arrival info. By then we had less than 12 hours left before boarding our flights. Second, I was promised that the property would be “sparkling clean” by the owner. I wish I could attach pictures, but when we arrived we were stunned. Sheets were hanging over doors, beds were unmade, floors were dirty with food debris+hairs, dirty dishes, dryer had sheets hanging half in/out of the door, wash machine was full of wet. Wet blankets were hung over furniture. We imm. reached out to the owner who seemed confused. We wanted to leave, but it was almost 10pm and after some back and forth, realizing we had been up for >24 hrs and our young son needed to sleep, we agreed to wait for the property manager, Javier, to arrive. He offered to help and ran around for 30 min. making beds and spot cleaning. He told us 3 times we should request a refund and that hours of cleaning needed to be done. I stayed up until 2am cleaning so we could all use one bathroom and the kitchen. The owner said his cleaning team could come in, but only if we were at home. We had many activities and long days planned with us arriving home each day after 9pm. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. VRBO told us they emailed the owner and told him he should compensate us financially, but to date he has not responded to them nor us.

Great Stay
This was a great property. It was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was equipped with everything that we needed for the week that we were there. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a short drive to the Disney parks. No complaints at all!

"Cheer Mom" Trip
Perfect retreat close to Disney, restaurants, & grocery stores. We were able to enjoy morning walks around the quaint neighborhood, hanging out in the hot tub, eating great food, all while working around a cheer competition @ ESPN. The house backs up to woods which adds to the peacefulness. The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Family Disney Trip
My husband, sister, son, daughter in law, granddaughter, and I all loved this house! It was super clean and beautiful. All the Disney parks were within a 30 minute drive. Most closer to 20, depending on time of day. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend this place. I’ll never stay “on property “ at Disney again. This was so much easier.

The house floor plan is perfect for big families great rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stacked with dinner wear pots and pans. Relaxing get away!
My son and my friends had a relaxing vacation for 4 days at this well appointed property. Our host was really great about communicating with me small hiccup with bath towels not being on the beds when I arrived but he had someone come fairly quickly to fix that. He even got a new air fryer delivered to the house as I let him know my son was picky about what he eats that was a very nice surprise. It was worth having the pool heated for the time we were there but I would not pay extra for the grill by the pool it an older grill not very well maintained didn’t use it more than once during our stay. The house was exactly as the pictures portray it other than not having a dart board in the game room. The washer and dryer was a really nice to have and my son enjoyed the minion bunk beds too! The beds a comfortable and the sectional provided enough sitting for all of us we didn’t need the large dining room table but it probably would be good for bigger parties. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee out on the patio at the dining table outside it was very serene just as the pictures showed and we dined mainly at that table outside too. There is a security camera out by the pool that seemed a bit intrusive but this was my first experience renting a VRBO home so maybe that is more common than I would think. Our overall experience was Definitely very good and I would recommend this home when staying in Kissimmee I felt right at home and it was convenient to all the sights.

Just what we were looking for ...
We just finished up staying here for three weeks and would stay here again (in fact my wife wondered if it was for sale). First, the owner, Valdenir. Exceptionally responsive and did everything he could, from my first inquiry into renting the home to when we checked out, to ensure we had a great experience. He answered all our questions, made sure everything was to our liking, supplied all information needed. Fabulous owner experience. Second, the neighborhood. This is our second stay in the Calabria neighborhood. In fact, we could see the previous house we rented across the street. The neighborhood has no outlet, so only people living or staying there are driving through. It is quiet and well cared for (HOA does all the lawn work). We went for walks nightly through the neighborhood (sidewalks on both sides) and always felt comfortable and safe. Third, the house - five bedrooms and four baths, a very nice kitchen, two dining tables (small and large) and a large living room with a very large sectional. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Very functional space. The kitchen had everything you need and was fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, along with Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven and more - among other things. In the living room was a large (75 inch i think) TV for watching movies. All bedrooms had TVs and were connected to a cable box. The beds were comfortable and large enough for two people in any of the beds. The fifth bedroom had two sets of bunkbeds, which I'm sure kids would love. The games room had a nice size pool table, foosball and a PS4 (all three were used frequently by us). There were also two high-top tables and the washer and dryer in the games room. Finally, the pool. There is a nice-size pool and a hot tub (not just a spa, but an actual hot tub). Both were used daily by us. The pool was warm (especially since we were there in February). And the pool was very clean. The hot tub is good size and comfortably fit four adults. Also, there is a large table that seats six in the lanai, which is covered so you can eat outside, even during the rain (which we did). Overall, great experience and like I said, we will be going back. Thank you again, Valdenir.

Amazing! From check-in to check-out. Quiet neighborhood, close to parks, beautifully designed and furnished. We loved every minute. The adt alarm had a hiccup, but hopefully they fix that little annoyance quickly. Kids left a phone there and they mailed it to us. I strongly recommend this stay.

New Years Family Vacay
This property is amazing.. We felt so comfortable here, plenty of room and the pool/spa were great to just be able to walk out to and use.. We went to Disney and coming back to soak in the spa was wonderful.. The game room was great and you could not hear anything out side of the game room if you are watching TV etc in the living room. All the extra supplies and care in this home is wonderful.. Fantastic place and will definitely stay again..

The house is beautiful and in a lovely area. Beds were amazing and the amenities were plentiful.
Everything looked brand new....and that gameroom is phenomenal. We went in 8 people deep and we were not crowded at all. It really is very well worth the visit. The only thing that was annoying was the alarm everytime you open the doors to the pool... but that is a wonderful feature if you have small children that cannot swim. The host was very attentive and always was available to assist. The location is within close proximity to Disney and other attractions. Also close by were grocery stores,walk-in clinics, shopping mall, and restaurants. Overall it exceed our expectations.
