The condo worked great for my friends and I. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Paulo did a great job communicating the status of the property after the hurricane and reassured us that we would still get the full experience out of the rental/surrounding area.

Great location to attractions
Our second stay at this condo and continues not to disappoint. Staff provided an update after the hurricane and ensured our stay was pleasurable. The amenities were as expected. The new pool area was great and a good place to enjoy. The location of the condo is within 20-30 minutes (depending upon traffic) to all the major attractions in Orlando. Having a place to shop for groceries and restaurants in walking distance is a huge benefit.

Week Long Stay
Our family went down to Orlando for a week and rented this property for our stay. Great location, walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants. Pack-n-play, high chair, and umbrella stroller available to use in unit. Outdoor balcony space is wonderful. Excellent stay and would stay there again in the future. Easy and quick communication with property manager if we had any questions.

The property is convenient, and spacious. The furniture is uncomfortable, and the place is unkempt. Can light hanging from the ceiling, bugs crawling all over because the outdoor seal is broken, property manager not responsive to our concerns. Would consider staying if put in a different room.

The unitā€™s description is accurate as are the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. A couple of things you canā€™t tell from the pictures that would be nice to know is only the primary bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The other 2 bedrooms do not. They request you not turn the AC below 72, so if you have hot sleepers in your group, this might be something to consider. This unit fit our needs for a long weekend stay.

Central Location & Spacious
We came to spend the week at Universal studios & this location is very close to the perks(less than 10 minutes without traffic). Thereā€™s a Publix and food options within walking distance as well as a Walgreens & Chick-fil-A down the road. The unit was exactly as pictured, beds were soft but not too soft & the kitchen fully stocked(they even had a Keurig & a blender). The rooms and bathrooms are HUGE, definitely a pleasant surprise. As far as inside the unit, the home is very sound proof, however you will hear everything outside of the unit, especially at night. If youā€™re a light sleeper it may hinder you (i.e cars on the roadway and people outside), though I know that thatā€™s not really something the host can fix. My only complaint is that there were some nooks, crannies & closets that may have been overlooked in cleaning. Also there are the tiniest of ants in the kitchen, not a whole lot but theyā€™re there. We made the mistake of having a munchkins box on the counter upon arrival and had to throw them away. Overall a pleasant stay & when we return weā€™ll definitely look into staying here again. Thank you to Ana & Paolo for offering this beautiful unit.

The property is in a safe, quiet, a gated community that's in a prime location in Orlando. There's a Publix in walking distance and many amusement parks and dining options within a 15 minute drive. The property is very spacious and comes with access to various amenities like a pool, gym, game room, etc. We were two adults and four kids staying in a 3 bedroom condo and the space available was perfect for us. The condo was modern, well furnished, and had spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and a spacious balcony. My only criticism is with respect to cleanliness and some maintenance. Regarding cleanliness, the ventilation in the hallway between condos was poor so there was a consistent foul smell throughout our stay. We'd often notice ants in the kitchen and that wasn't a big deal, but I figured I'd mention it since that can be off-putting for some. And with regard to maintenance, the condo is in a need of a few repairs. There's a broken light hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and the floor under the kitchen table is badly damaged from furniture scraping it. None of these things would deter me from staying again, but they definitely play a role in me not giving the property a perfect score.

Excellent Stay for Conference at Orange Co. Convention Center
I am VERY picky about where I stay. This meet all of my expectations. Publix and several nice restaurants are in walking distance. The community is safe and gated. The convention center is only a 5 minute Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo is a short drive away from the convention center, making it great for any business meetings. Everything as described, but not as well equipped as I would prefer. Owner was available should we need them, and had no problems with access.

We arrived a little early and was granted permission to check in early. The condo was very nice, vibrant colors and the kitchen was stocked with the proper amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The condo is conveniently located to a grocery store, several restaurants, as well as an adult beverage store and a cigar shop. All within a few minutes walking distance.

To many problems while staying at this loc
Location was great! Other guest on the property not respectful smoking weed on the second floor balcony. Floors needed to be swepted/mopped badly. The full size beds linens were dirty so my nephew slepted with my mom in the queen room. My brother washed the sheets/ comforter. Both comforters had makeup/hard food stains. The next day after arrival that night we noticed the air was not working right. Informed Paulo that night and communication stopped the next day after with him. Tried calling both numbers and got sent to voicemail quickly. Paulo responded sorry canā€™t talk right now. Ana replied what can she help me with?! She took care of it quickly. That same night after the air went out.Well our water heater stopped working on us on Christmas Eve and contacted Paulo on messenger for Vrbo.. cold silence still since having AC issues. Once again contacted Ana early Christmas morning to let her know. It was going on 11am and still nothing at all. She finally replied back letting us know that if two people shower at the same time it messes up etc. That was not the case at all! We took turns while eating dinner. She offered to go to another unit. We agreed to do so, but did not once we got back late to the place. Honestly it was hard on my mom being 71 to pack stuff to go shower at another building. It was not the greatest stay with all this trouble. The amount of money was not worth the stay. Some type of compensation would be ideal for the trouble we had while staying here.
