Dirty and poor communication
I booked this property and spent 5 days. Upon arrival, there were numerous issues with cleaning. They are too long to list here, but it felt like the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival, it was bad. I contacted the property manager, but they never even attempted to make it right in any sort of way (not even an apology). I would not recommend staying at this property, and would also look for a different renting website as this one did nothing to try and remedy the situation either.
